Policy if passenger tested Positive at the time of travel

Also we would like to inform you that If one of the travellers tested positive prior to arrival we will accept the cancellation without any penalty ( Only Payment remittance charges & Service charges INR 15,000 will be deducted)  However we will require Covid-19 test results which is mentioning as positive and also flight ticket cancellation with the details in order to process the same.
