Day 01             Reach Deheradun
Arrive Deheradun airport/Railway Station. Pick up and transfer to hotel. On arrival check inn at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02          Deheradun – Barkot (Yamnotri)
Passenger requested to reach state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Pick up arranged by our ground staff. Departure from Sahastra-Dhara Helipad at 7:00 Am. and arrival Barkot Helipad at 7:45 am. On arrival transfer to hotel by our ground staff. Temple is 6 kms. and which is coverd by Palki. Total journey will take approx 5-6 hrs. Evening will be return and Overnight at hotel.
Day 03           Barkot (Yamnotri) – Harshil (Gangotri) 
Morning report at Yamnotri Helipad at 7:45 am. and reach Harshil Helipad at 8:30 am. On arrival transfer to Gangotri Temple (25 kms/ 1 hrs.) Return back to Harshil. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04         Harshil (Gangotri) – Guptkashi – Kedarnath 
Morning report Harshil Helipad at 9:00 am. Reach Phata and change the Chopper for fly to Kedarnath. Reach Kedarnath Helipad at 10:00 am. Temple approx 500 meters away from Helipad. On arrival transfer to Kedarnath Temple. Kedarnath doesn’t have best accommodation facility so after darshan, we will return to Guptkashi and check inn at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05          Sersi Helipad (Kedarnath)  – Badrinath 
Morning report to Serasi Helipad at 11:30 Am. Reach Badrinath at 12:30 Noon. On arriva ltransfer to Hotel and check inn at hotel. Shri Badrinath Temple Near to Hotel. You can visit the same. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06          Badrinath – Dehradun ( Approx. 5 hrs Drive)
Very Early morning you can Participate in Maha Abhishek Pooja, it will be start at 4:00 Am for 2 hrs. Return to hotel take breakfas and leave Report to Badrinath Helipad at 11:30 Am. Reach Dehradun at 12:30 Noon.

 GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS
• There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
• Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas.
• Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
• At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens. All properties lodge with hot water, towels, shower and western toilets
 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
􀂾 Available Hotel properties at Yamunotri and Kedarnath are non-star category and the stay is arranged at best amongst them. However at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3.5 Star.
􀂾 The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Heritage aviation reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions.
􀂾 Full amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to date of journey.
􀂾 CANCELLATION POLICY : If passengers wish to cancel their booking then
they will have to pay following cancellation charges:
-If cancelled before 7 Days from the date Journey— 25% of amount
-If cancelled between 7 days to 48 Hrs from date of Journey — 60% of amount
-Less than 48 hours before Journey — No Refund
􀂾 Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 25% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey
then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
􀂾 BAD WEATHER SITUATION: If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day .
