Day 1 – ARRIVE Istanbul Welcome to Turkey – a mesmerizing land of Romans and Ottomans! On arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed by our local Cox & Kings representative and transferred to your hotel. Istanbul is the capital for art and culture with a rich tradition in opera and ballet, theatres, concerts, art exhibitions, festivals, auctions, conferences and of course unique museums. It is a vibrant, modern and future-oriented metropolis. Enjoy the Bosphorus Cruise (Seat in coach). In the afternoon, enjoy the Bosphorus Cruise. The highlights of the tour includes visit to the City Walls, Golden Horn and a cable car ride to Pierre Loti Hill. Board the Bosphorus Cruise along the winding strait separating Europe and Asia. The coastline is a delightful mixture of the past and the present where one can enjoy the quaint beauty of the ancient wooden mansions, palaces of marble, fortresses and small fishing villages. Marvel at the Rumeli Fortress and Leander’s Tower from the boat. |

Day 2 – In Instanbul Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Istanbul (Seat in coach). Today morning, enjoy a city tour of Istanbul. The highlights include a visit to the Hippodrome of Constantinople, where the Obelisk of Theodosius and the Serpent Column stand. Continue to Hagia Sophia which is considered as one of the eight wonders of the world. Proceed to the famous Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a grand middle dome. End the tour at the Grand Covered Bazaar which has over 4,000 shops under one roof. Enjoy some shopping and return back to your hotel. |

Day 3 – Istanbul – Cappadocia his morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Kayseri. Transfer from airport in Kayseri to hotel in Cappadocia, en route visit the Red Valley, Old Cavusin Village, the Kaymakli Underground City and the Pigeon Valley (Seat in coach). On arrival in Kayseri, you will be met and transferred to Cappadocia, en route visit Red Valley which is one of the most beautiful trekking valleys. Explore famous rock cut churches and go hiking through the valley. Proceed to rest at the Old Cavusin Village which is known with its houses and churches of the Christian clergymen. After lunch, visit the Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Continue to the the Pigeon Valley which is the path through the valley and offers spectacular view of the natural cliffs, caves and passes through a few tunnels carved into the rocks. On arrival in Cappadocia, proceed and check in to the hotel. |

Day 4 – In Cappadocia Explore the city of Cappadocia (Seat in coach). This morning, discover the beautiful city of Cappadocia. The highlights include visits to the Dervent Valley, Pasabaglari Fairy Chimneys and the Avanos Village known for its pottery and craft dating back to Hittite period. Relish lunch at a local restaurant and visit the Goreme Open-Air Museum. It consists of pink, rose and white tapering columns and tall free standing cones. Continue to the caves to see Byzantine frescoes decorating early Christian churches. Later, proceed to the Citadel of Uchisar and Esentepe for the beautiful view of Cappadocia. |

Day 5 – Cappadocia – Izmir – Kusadasi Today morning, transfer to the airport in Kayseri for your flight to Izmir. |

Day 6 – In Kusadasi Enjoy a full day excursion to Ephesus (Seat in coach). Today morning, drive to the ancient Greek city, Ephesus and a Roman city of Asia Minor. Stroll past the Celsius library, the Temple of Hadrian and the Trajan Fountain in the ancient city. After walking on the historical marble street, witness the Great Theatre where St. Paul preached. Enjoy an authentic lunch and proceed to visit the carpet cooperative to see how Turkish carpets are handmade. Continue to the shrine of Mother Mary (House of Virgin Mary), which is believed where she spent recent years of her life and finally visit the Temple Of Artemis (Diana), which is one seven wonders of the ancient world. Later, return to your hotel. |

Day 7 – In Kusadasi – Pamukkale – Kusadasi
Today morning, drive to Pamukkale, the ‘Cotton Fortress’. It was once known as Hierapolis, famous for thermal and mineral baths. After an authentic lunch, proceed to visit the Hierapolis Ancient Site, Necropolis, the main street and gates and thermal baths. Continue to the Pamukkale terraces which are made oftravertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. Marvel at this beautiful sight and enjoy taking photographs. Later, return to your hotel. |

Day 8 – Departure from Kusadasi Today, you will be transferred from your hotel in Kusadasi to the airport in Izmir.Later, take a connecting flight from Izmir to Istanbul for your flight back home. Tour ends with Happy Memories. |
