Day 01                        Reach Guwahati
Arrival at Guwahati drive to city and check into your hotel room. Visit Kamakhya Temple, a Major Hindu Pilgrimage site. During the festival of Ambubashi more than a million devotees throng this holy place. Return to hotel after paying homage to the mother goddess Kamakhya. Sightseeing in Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 02                        Guwahati-Shillong Ward lake, Hydari Park
After an early morning breakfast drive to Shillong (110 kms 3 hrs drive). Sightseeing at Shillong, visit Ward Lake and Hydari Park. Admire the beauty of Shillong, also called Scotland of the East. It is erstwhile capital of undivided Assam and present Northeast and home to the Khasi highland tribes. In the afternoon visit the local market. Stay Overnight at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 03                        Shillong: Cherrapunjee, Waterfalls, Cave, Lake
After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (60 kms 1and 1/2 hr), the wettest place in the world. The beautiful waterfall-Noh-ka-likai is at Cherrapunjee you can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunjee. Return to Shillong, en-route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 04               Shillong – Kaziranga National Park
After an early morning breakfast drive to Kaziranga (280 kms 6 hrs drive). Have Lunch en-route at Borapani Umiam Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. Check into a Jungle resort on arrival. In the afternoon visit nearby Tea Estate. Evening cultural show at Guwahati. Stay overnight at Kaziranga.

 Day 05                        Kaziranga – Guwahati
Early morning (5:30 am) explore central Range of Kaziranga National Park on Elephant Safari. On return explore the eastern range on a jeep safari. Afternoon leave for Guwahati approx. 220 Kms/ 5 Hrs. Sightseeing in Guwahati and Take a Train for New Jalpaiguri. Night in Train
Day 06              NJP Rly Station  – Gangtok (120 kms / 5 hrs)
Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 07                  Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok.(In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)
Day 08                       Gangtok Local Sightseeing – Darjeeling (100 kms / 4 hrs)
This morning start for a half day trip of Gangtok city covering Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 3-4 hours). Afternoon drive to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.). On arrival check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 09                  Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 10             Darjeeling – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (75 kms / 3 hrs)
After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey
Transfer to Guwahati airport for onwards journey.
