Visit and explore four revered temples in Chiang Mai. All was constructed during the Lanna period each reflects the glory, splendors and nobility of a rich historical era. In the center of the city lies Wat Phra Singh first built during the reign of Phra Chao Kham Fu (1328-1335). The temple’s compound includes the Lai Kam Chapel and the abbot of this important temple is the head of the local religious administration. Lying smack in the heart of the city (almost right in the middle of the square-walled city) is Wat Chedi Luang, the large Chedi (the biggest in the city) behind the viharn was constructed by King Saen Muang Ma around 1401. Originally 90 meters high, it is now a mere 40 meters as the result of an earthquake in 1545. A small building near the main entrance encloses the “Sao Intakin” (spirit of the city). Last but not least is Wat Chiang Man, lying in the Northern part of the old walled city, it is the oldest temple within the city walls. Constructed by King Mengrai (1296-1311) the founder of Chiangmai, it is said that the king spent his last years in this temple
Drive around the old city to see the moat surrounding it and the ruins of the city gates. Then visit the largest central market, Worarot Market, alive with its daily hustle and bustle. After Breakfast leave for Full Day Doi Inthanon national park tour on sic (Sharing Basis with guide).
08h30 Lying south of Chiang Mai, the granite mass of Doi Inthanon, 8,500 feet above sea level, is the highest summit in the country. Doi Inthanon is the tail of Himalaya mountain range, designated as a national park, the moist natural environment is a paradise for birds as it has almost 400 species, animals, flowers and faunas. 10h30 After a final steep climb, the summit is surprisingly flat though misty, cool and breezy. Walk shortly to see a small Stupa contains the remains of Chao Inthawichayanon the last independent ruler of Chiang Mai who died in 1897 after Lanna Kingdom was combined to be a part of Siam. Enjoy exploring around Ang-Kha Nature Trail at the highest peak viewing beautiful Fern & Moss as well as White & Red Rhododendrons (bloom only during Jan-Feb).
11h30 Visit the Twin Pagodas built by the Thai Air force in honor of their Majesties King and Queen for their 60th Birthday Anniversaries. A visitors’ center nearby contains tourist information both in Thai and English.
12h30 Stop on the way down to shop at Hmong Tribal Market who trade various kinds of vegetations, temperature fruits and flowers from their own farm.
13h00 Lunch will be served at the local restaurant.
14h00 Drive through Baan Khun Klaang, the biggest Hmong community of Doi Inthanon heading to the Royal’s Project initiated by his Majesty the King to stop the hill tribes from growing the Opium. Enjoy searching around taking some pictures of beautiful flower plantations and the organic farmland inside the Project.
14h45 Further down to Karen hill tribe village at Baan Sop Had.
15h30 Last stop at Wachiratarn Waterfall. Relax by fresh and clear fall for freshen up after a long day tour.
16h30 Transfer back to Chiang Mai.

Drive to Doi Tung and enjoy the floral exhibition of the Botanical Gardens and Royal villa of the Queen mother, ther visit Maesai the border town to Myanmer and wonder through the colorful markets. After lunch enjoy themountain view point over the Golden triangle the infamous opium trade zone. Here you can see the borders between Thailand, Laos and Myanmer In the afternoon visit the temple ruins in Chiang Saen some of the oldest in Thailand. If you only have one day in Chianggrai, we recommend this one.

After Breakfast leave for Day Elephant safari. Take a Boat trip on Kok River to the Elephant camp then ride and elephant to Yao hill tribe village. After lunch drive to an Akha and Longneck hilltribe village catch a glimpse of village life and leam about there local customs and culture. In the aftemoon relax and enjoy the Maesai waterfall (Chiang Rai’s largest waterfall). Back to hotel. Overnight at hotel

After breakfast, Morning, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. Today, we also visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai. We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang

After breakfast, Morning, we drive to Kuangsi Waterfall, Laos is also known for its traditional crafts, and today you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Na Ouan, a Hmong village. This then takes us to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails. We return to the city by afternoon then take a cruise up to Mekong which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside as well time to explore the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine, after visited the Pak Ou Cave but Pha An Limb Stone Cliff don’t be missed. We then take a boat down to Luangprabang City by sunset time. Overnight in Luang Prabang
