|Day 1 Cape Town :
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport. On arrival, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to explore on your own. Explore the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for some great restaurants and nightlife. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 2 Cape Town (Half Day City Tour)
After breakfast proceed for half day Cape Town City tour including tickets up to the Table Mountain (weather permitting). Take the cable car to the summit of the legendary Table Mountain and get spectacular views of the entire city and the surrounding layout of this southernmost tip of Africa. Then we visit the country’s oldest building, The Castle and the Company Gardens, both historically fascinating. Continues to Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Slave Lodge. Colonial changes to colourful as we move up the cobblestoned hills to the Malay Quarter and marvel at the ice-cream colours of the quaint Bo- Kaap homes. The day ends on a sparkling note, as we trace the moves of a professional diamond cutter, as he creates diamonds. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 3 : Cape Town (Full Day Peninsular Tour)
Cruise along the exquisite stretch of coastline known as Millionaire’s Paradise – from Clifton to Camps Bay, to the exclusive beach hamlet of Llandudno -towards the charming working harbour of Hout Bay. Embark on an up-close-and-personal Seal Island cruise. Wind along the legendary Chapman’s Peak Drive, hugging the cliffs and relishing the breath-taking ocean views, before arriving at your lunch spot of choice (own account) at the Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park. We meander back along the coast towards the City, visiting the historic naval port of Simon’s Town and the endearing penguin colony at Boulder’s Beach (own account). You venture inland to your last stop of the day at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. With the sun setting over the tall peaks of Table Mountain the last rays sparkle on the trees and flowers. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 4 : Cape Town – Knysna
After breakfast check out and proceed to Knysna. En-route do the Cape Winelands tour at Stellenbosch – with its Cape Dutch architecture and the wonderful heart of the Cape Winelands and is surrounded by stunning wine estates. Explore the fine art galleries and the curios and quaint shops here. First take a leisurely drive to acquaint you with the beauty of this world-renowned region, before inducting you into the wine-making process in a fascinating cellar tour. And when the wine is made, it needs to be tasted. So enjoy a glass of the freshest wine. Then proceed to Knysna. Arrive at Knysna and check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 5 : Knysna (Full Day Oudtshoorn Tour)
You begin your day with a spectacular drive over the Outenique Mountain Pass into the feather capital of the world, Oudtshoorn, where you’ll get up close and personal with ostriches on a Karoo ostrich farm. You’ll have the opportunity to go right into the Cango Caves with its magnificent dripstone formations of stalactites and stalagmites. You’ll visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch to marvel at crocodiles, snakes and numerous big and beautiful cats of the wild variety. Back to Knysna. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 6 : Featherbed Eco Experience
After breakfast, proceed for full day tour of Featherbed – take the cruise on the Knysna Lagoon on board the John Benn to the secluded Featherbed Nature Reserve, home to the blue duiker, Knysna Loerie and other exquisite feathered friends. From there we take a 4 x 4 trailer ride to the summit where you can get a panoramic view of the Knysna Basin and way out to the sea. Knysna is renowned for its age-old towering milk-wood trees and we amble through the cool forest, hugging the breath-taking coastline and head for a buffet lunch served in an outdoor restaurant under the canopy of gentle milk-wood trees. Evening back to the hotel. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 7 : (Option -1 ) Knysna – Mabula Game Lodge
After a buffet breakfast, check out and transfer to George Airport for your onward flight to Johannesburg (Flight not included).Upon your arrival in Johannesburg you will be collected from the airport and transferred to Mabula Game Lodge. Day 8 : (Option – 1) Mabula Game Lodge
Breakfast at Lodge. Today enjoy Morning and evening game drives are daily highlights, surpassed in pleasure only by the feeling of camaraderie in sipping sun downers as you watch a truly spectacular African sunset from the luxury of one of Mabula’s four wheel drive vehicles. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 8 : (Option – 2) Pumba Private Game Reserve
Early morning game drive, arrive at the lodge and enjoy your breakfast. Afternoon again proceed for game drive. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 9 : (Option – 1) Mabula Game Lodge – Sun City
After breakfast you will be collected directly from your lodge and transferred to the Sun City Resort. Arrive at Sun City and check in. Enjoy your day exploring this vast resort. Day 9 : (Option – 2) Port Elizabeth – Sun City
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Port Elizabeth airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Arrive at Johannesburg and transfer to Sun City. Arrive at Sun City and check in. Day 10 : Sun City
After breakfast rest of the day at leisure on your own to enjoy the activities at the resort. Overnight at the selected hotel.
Day 11 : Sun City – Johannesburg
After breakfast transfer to Johannesburg hotel. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. You can enjoy Pretoria city tour on own. Overnight at Johannesburg.
Day 12 : Johannesburg
After breakfast you will be transferred back to OR Tambo International Airport for your onward journey home.
