| 01 jan/ Thursday – Arrive Trivandrum- Sightseeing – Kovalam ( Approx. 1.5 Hrs drive) Pickupfrom Trivandrum airport & Transfer to Kovalam on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse-sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes, Catamaran cruising. overnight at the hotel. |

| 02 Jan/ Friday – Day Trip to Kanyakumari & Padmanabhaswamy Temple After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India, renowned for its cultural and spiritual heritage. Visit key attractions such as Padmanabhapuram Palace, Suchindram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, and Triveni Sangam. En route, also visit the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple. After exploring Kanyakumari, return to Kovalam in the evening for an overnight stay. |

| 03 Jan/ Saturday – Kovalam– Alleppey – Transfer & Houseboat Stay ( Approx. 4 Hrs Drive ) Check out from the resort and drive to Alleppey. Arrive at Alleppey and board the houseboat at noon for a backwater cruise and for an overnight stay. While cruising in these floating luxury- villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual – skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed- down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. | 04 jan/ Sunday – Alleppey– Munnar– Sightseeing ( Approx. 4 Hrs drive) After breakfast check out from hotel & Transfer to Munnar Munnar is 1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India’s highest peak (Anamudi – 2695 mts). On the way, visit Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls; both of these are seasonal attractions, along with tea plantations. On arrival at Munnar, transfer to the Hotel. Check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park), the best place to see Nilgiri Tahr (Hemitragus Hilarious) – the mountain goat of South India & Tea Museum. Evening have a short visit to Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise. overnight at the hotel. |

Details of Food Menu· Evening – Tea / Coffee & Snacks (Banana Fry /Onion Pakkoda/Bhaji) · Dinner – Rice, Chapatti with North & South Indian Veg Dishes – Chicken Curry for Non Veg Guest. · Break Fast – Idili / Dosa, Sambhar OR Bread Butter & Omelet · Running hot water facility is not available, hot water will supplied from kitchen on request · Since the house boat is moving through country side and paddy fields there may be possibilities of pests may see in house boats · Always close doors and windows to avoid mosquitos entering in to bed rooms · Food will be preset traditional Kerala menu, breakfast will be lite e.g.: idly, omelet, bread and jam · Since there is no storage facility last minute food orders will be difficult once the boat left from boarding point · Crews in the house boats are not professionally trained by any hospitality institutions, most of them are oarsmen of erstwhile goods canoes, it may cause language issues · Tip is mandatory · There may be chances of unexpected power failure and technical issues at any time · TV and sound system may get malfunction due to the salt air in the lake · TV channels are not available · Shoes and slippers are not allowed in boats ( has to keep in the common area after entering in the house boat) · All House boat crews are belongs to any of the trade union, trade union influence higher than the management · All guest has to sleep by 22:00 hours since the crew sleep in the common area of same boat · Crews may insist you to buy fish and prawns from the shops on the way, buy it if you are comfortable with rates and quality · Facilities, cleanliness, quality of linen, towel, toiletries are not comparable to hotels and resorts · Sometimes Direct check in to house boat from the boarding point is not possible due to climatic and traffic congestions in the lake, in that situation guest will be transferred by small motor boat or shikhara boat from boarding point to house boat which parked away from the boarding point · Crew may insist you to hire shikhara boats, speed boats or any other water sports activities, go ahead if you are comfortable with rates and safety concerns · There are no two house boat alike · Most of the house boats toilets and bath rooms are being supplied with brackish water · A/c will work 21:00 hours to 06:00 hours In bed room in deluxe boats, in premium boats A/c available in the bed room on request during stay , in the luxury boats a/c available in rooms and ding area on request during the stay |
