1st Day (Sun 3rd May) : Cochin to Munnar – Arrival & Transfer
Arrival at Cochin airport/ railway station, meet and assistance. Transfer to Munnar. Munnar is 1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India’s highest peak (Anamudi – 2695 mts). On the way visit Valara, On the way, visit Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls; both of these are seasonal attractions, along with tea plantations. On arrival at Munnar, transfer to the Hotel. Check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park), the best place to see Nilgiri Tahr (Hemitragus Hilarious) – the mountain goat of South India & Tea Museum . Evening have a short visit to Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day (Mon 4th May) : Munnar – Full Day Sightseeing
Morning after breakfast full day visit to Munnar. Mattupetty dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Pothamedu View Point, Blossom Park etc are some of the highlights of the sightseeing. Shopping & overnight at the hotel in Munnar.
3rd Day (Tue 5th May) : Munnar to Kumarakom – Transfer & Sightseeing

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Kumarakom, on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Kumarakom. A vibrant backwater hamlet, Kumarakom is a tiny hamlet perched on the western banks of the Vembanad Lake – a stretch of backwater spread over 900 sq. kms. The hamlet clings to tradition and the local population prefers to live adhering to their old ways. Yet every modern amenity is available with a dash of tradition and culture interwoven into the fabric of everyday life and it’s truly fascinating to observe as you glide past them in your canoe, motorboat or houseboat, a perfect example of give and take with mother nature. Sightseeing in Kumarakom: Vembanad Lake, Bird Sanctuary.

4th Day (Wed 6th May) : Kumarakom to Kovalam – Transfer and sightseeing
Check out from the hotel and drive to KOVALAM, on arrival Check in to hotel. Local sightseeing and overnight stay
5th Day (Thu 7th May) : Kovalam – Trivandrum Sightseeing
Start your day with a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum, (Thiruvananthapuram) literally means ‘the abode of Anantha’, the snake God. The main attraction of the city is the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple dedicated to Vishnu (also known as Padmanabha) reclining on the snake Anantha. The imposing gopuram (gateway tower) and intricate sculptures of the temple make it a very popular tourist attraction. Later visit Napier Museum, an art and natural history museum which houses a collection of archaeological and historic artifacts, bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings. Sri Chitra Art Gallery (Closed on Mondays & Wednesday forenoons) displays the original paintings of Raja Ravi Varma which houses a collection of paintings from the Rajput, Mughal and Tanjore schools. The collection also includes unique copies of Indian mural paintings from prehistoric times down to the 18th century. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

6th Day (Fri 8th May) : Kovalam to Kanyakumari – Transfer & Sightseeing
After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Kanyakumari on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Kanyakumari. Captivating Kanyakumari the southernmost end of Tamilnadu and the lands end of India is one of the most popular tourist spots of the country. The beautiful town on the very tip of the Indian Peninsula is set on the confluence of the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. The town is at its best during Chaitra Poornima (full moon day in April), when the Sun and Moon are face to face at the same horizon. Other full moon days are also special when you can see the sunset and the moon rise almost simultaneously. Sightseeing in Kanyakumari: Vivekananda Rock, Kanyakumari Devi Temple. 7th Day (Sat 9th May) : Kanyakumari to Rameswaram – Transfer and sightseeing

After breakfast checkout from hotel and transfer to Rameswaram, on arrival check in to the hotel.If time permits proceed for local Sightseeing and overnight stay at Rameswaram.Rameswaram is in the Ramanathapuram district in Tamil Nadu. It is located on Pamban Island separated from mainland India by the Pamban channel and is about 50 kilometres from Mannar Island, Sri Lanka. It is situated in the Gulf of Mannar, at the very tip of the Indian peninsula. Pamban Island, also known as Rameswaram Island, is connected to mainland India by the Pamban Bridge. Rameswaram is the terminus of the railway line from Chennai and Madurai.Rameswaram Sightseeing includes Ramanathaswamy Temple, Five Faced Hanuman Temple & Pamban Bridge.

8th Day (Sun 10th May) : Rameswaram to Madurai – Transfer & Sightseeing
After breakfast checkout from hotel and transfer to Madurai, on arrival check in to the hotel. If time permits proceed for local Sightseeing and overnight stay at Madurai.Madurai is a major city and cultural headquarters in the state of Tamil Nadu.
