| 16 Mar/ Monday – HANOI City ARRIVAL – City Tour – WATER PUPPET SHOW Welcome to Hanoi City, EARLY PICK-UP & Hotel Check in IS INCLUDED Welcome to Hanoi City, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Check in your hotel. Afternoon visit Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all the biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Start our visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside only as it closes in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts, his fishpond and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Continue visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, locates on a small peninsula on the East side of the dazzling West Lake, this is the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history line of more than 1,500 years. Later, we visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics, medicines to crafts. Have some time shopping at Dong Xuan Market. Then visit St Joseph’s Cathedral, or “The Big Church” as familiarly called by the locals, one of the first structures constructed by French colonists. The church was said to look like a small simulation of Notre Dame de Paris with multiple representative features of Gothic Revival architecture. You will also be dropped off at Train Street to visit this point on your own. Later, enjoy a fascinating show of Water Puppetry, a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. | 18 Mar/ Wednesday -QUOC – ISLAND HOPPING BY CANOE & CABLE CAR (L) – SIC TOUR Morning, 08:00am pick up by SIC guide and vehicle from your hotel and transfer to An Thoi harbor where you will embark on the canoe for an islands tour. You will pass by 12 small islets and spend time visiting 4 biggest islands of Phu Quoc including: Mong Tay Island (or May Rut Ngoai), known as the miniature Maldives of Vietnam on the island, with unspoiled beauty, jade blue sea and long, smooth white sand beach. Hon Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang) or Hon Bom, you can relax in the blue water, snorkel on the coral reefs, contemplate the interesting rock formations. May Rut Island with white sand lagoon – a unique place to chill out and check in with Bali bird’s nest, heaven’s ladder, ocean net bed, sun ring. During the visit, if you are the fan of the colorful coral reef, you can experience sea-walk exploring the coral park with 250 identical species of creatures together with the large corals reef that are preserved nowadays (your own expense). Afternoon, speed boat arrives at Thom Island where we enjoy time at Aquatopia Water Park. Have lunch on the island restaurant (local buffet).
