Day 1: Hanoi arrival – city tour

Welcome to Hanoi – The Capital City of Vietnam!

Upon arrival, picked up by the local tour guide and transferred downtown. You can leave your luggage in the hotel, relax by your own until check in (Early checkin excludes).

Afternoon, you will start half day city tour to visit Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in Hanoi. This is where all of the city’s biggest cultural and political events take place. We will take some photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, where is the last rest place of Ho Chi Minh President. Then we continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. The temple was built in 1070, and the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.After visiting the temple, we will walk around Hoan Kiem Lakea picturesque lake in the heart of Hanoi. We will then take a leisurely walk around the Old Quarter where you can take beautiful pictures, freely admire the ancient beauty of historical relics as well as immerse in the busy life of locals in there, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shophouses. The Old Quarter is also known as “The 36 Streets,” as each street is named after the merchandise that was traditionally sold there.

Back to hotel, overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Day 2 (28th July): Hanoi – Halong bay – Overnight on cruise (B, L, D) – Shuttle Bus

Breakfast at the hotel, then check out. At about 07:30 – 08:00 am, you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters and transferred to Ha Long Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as recognized by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006.

Upon arrival at the Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome from cruise staff and complete the check-in procedure for the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending Dragon” bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close proximity. Later in the afternoon, go back to the cruise and enjoy the cooking demonstration before having dinner. In the evening, attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the cruise.

Hanoi – Ha Long – Hanoi will be no guide escorts.On the cruise there will be station tour guide to support guests.

Day 3 (29th July): Halong bay – Hanoi – Flight after 18:00 to Danang (B, Br) – Shuttle Bus/ Private Airport transfer

You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the “East Sea” by a point-oriented name “Eastern Sea”, so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier. Disembark from the cruise, return to Hanoi by shuttle bus.

Then private driver pick you up from Hanoi and transfer to Noi Bai airport (without tour guide) for yourflight to Danang(air tickets excluded).

Upon arrival, transfer to check in hotel (without tour guide). Overnight in Danang.

Day 4 (30th July): Danang – Marble Moutain – Hoi An ancient town – Danang (B, D) – SIC tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisureby your own at the hotel.

3h30-4h00pm: Pick visitors up from your location (hotel or the city center)

4h30-5h00pm: The tour guide takes you to visit and admire the exquisite stone sculpture masterpieces of the Stone Sculpture Craft Village – a famous place for producing marble handicrafts throughout the country and abroad.

You will visit Ngu Hanh Son Mountain with its charming mountains. Exploring the Marble Mountains including 5 mountains standing for 5 elements of people: Water mountain and Wood mountain in the East, Earth mountain, Metal mountain, Fire mountain in the West. In Chinese philosophical thinking, the five elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth are the elements that create the universe. The number 5 is an extremely important number in Eastern thinking and life.

Visitors will visit Huyen Khong cave, admire the beatiful sceneries, spiritual pagodas.

5h30-6h00pm: Return coach and go to Hoian Ancient town.

Visitors have local dinner in a restaurant in Hoian ancient town (specialities cuisines of Hoi An).

After dinner, visitors will visit around: Japanese brigde, Hoi An ceramics museum, free time visit around and shopping some souvernir.

8h30-9h00pm: The bus will drop you at the same point picking up in the morning.

Overnight in Danang.

Day 5: Danang – Ba Na Hills – Danang (B) – SIC Tour

After breakfast, about 7h40 am -8h15am: Pick visitors up from yourhotel and join to our group to visit Sun World Bana Hills (Sun World Ba Na Hills is endowed with all climateand natural advantages for a tourist area) with the height of 1487 meters above the sea level. Here, visitors are immersed in experiences of European cultural tranquility and exiciting stops where festivities know no ends). This is the French high- quality resort in 1990s.

9h00-9h30am: The bus arrives to Bana Hills entrance, starting the journey up the mountain by cable car, achieving 2 world records – the longest in the world at 5,042.62m – the height difference between the two largest stations in the world at 1,291.81m. Visitors will stop at 3rd cable car station and visit around some points such as: Golden Bridge (golden hand bridge), 100 year-old Debay wine cellar, Love Garden – Le jardin d’amour, Linh Ung pagoda with a Gautama Buddha statue with 27m height.

After that, You got free time to explore games in Fantasy Park, the largest indoor recreational area of Vietnam that spares hundreds of indoor games for families and children (by your own cost)

3h00-3h30pm: Visitors gather at the meeting points, checking belongings and enter the cable car to leave Bana hills.

3h30-4h00pm: The group return to Danang city, and visit the local Silk craft village and local specialities foods on the way back.

5h00-5h30pm:The bus will drop you at the same point picking up in the morning . Overnight in Danang.

Please note: Wax Museum (USD 5/pax), Debay Wine Cellar (~USD 5/pax) entrance fees and coin games at Fantasy Park are not included, joining them will be at your own account.

Day 6: Danang – Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh – Afternoon city tour (B)

 

Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check-out, and transfer to the airport with a driver only (no guide) for your flight to Ho Chi Minh city(air tickets excluded).

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, the most dynamic metropolis of Vietnam and still called as Saigon by many local.

Upon arrival, picked up by the local tour guide and transferred downtown. If your room is not ready to check in yet, you can leave your luggage there, relax by your own until check in (Early checkin excludes)

Afternoon, you will start half day city tour to visit the War Remnants Museum, one of the most famous historical attractions in Saigon. Coming to the War Remnants Museum, you can learn a part of how Vietnamese struggled and fought for their independence, freedom, and peace of the nation, as well as the locals’ perspective of the Vietnam War. The exhibits, such as weapons, documents, and photographs, displayed in the museum are firm evidence of war crimes in Vietnam and speak for the heroic actions of the former Vietnamese generation. We then visit the Reunification Palace, a witness to the fierce Vietnam War that ended in 1975. The grand building today is a Museum and Hall for official receptions. Nearby the Palace are the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only), built between 1877 and 1883, and the colonial-styled Central Post Office, one of the city’s major landmarks. Late in the afternoon, visit Ben Thanh Market, a symbol of Saigon. Have some shopping time there.

Back to the hotel and overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh city – Cu Chi tunnels – Ho Chi Minh city – SIC tour

After breakfast at hotel, you will have free time to discover this city by your own. Arround 12:30 – 13:00, you will be picked up to Cu Chi Tunnels – the “area of steel” in the war time,the network of over 200 km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the war.Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Experience the thrill of firing an M15, AK-47, and carbine rifle at the National Defense Sports Shooting Range (at guests own extra cost). About 19:00, Return to the hotel and overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh – Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check-out, and transfer to the airport with a driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.
