Important Information to Note

• The mandatory ART (Antigen Rapid Test) for boarding Genting Dream will not be needed anymore from 29th August onwards. This is applicable for fully vaccinated guests with vaccines approved by WHO, Singapore.
• Kids 13 and above can now enter Singapore even if they are non-vaccinated, with a RT PCR done two days prior to entry into Singapore.
• Age of Infant: 6 months to <2 years old. Infants must be at least 6 months on date of sail to be allowed for sailing
• All passports must have at least 6 months validity from the date of sailing
• Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country
• RW Cruise P Ltd will not accept passengers who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation
• RW Cruises Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call/itinerary/price/programme at any time without prior notice

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Hotel accommodation is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking
The validity of the passport should be 06 months from the intended date of return

1. Maximum waiting time on all SIC tours will be 05 minutes only, if the guests miss the SIC transfers then they will have to reach the activity area on their own.
2. In case the guests miss any tour due to any reason without prior information, we will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever
3. No refund will be offered for any pre-booked activities
4. Water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions, especially Parasailing. In case the water sport company cancels any of the activities due to weather conditions, the guest will be offered a replacement of some other available water sport but there will be no refund as such.
5. Parasailing as mentioned above is an issue most of the times due to strong currents. As a result, a lot of times Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option on the spot by the water sport company – but of course there is an extra premium attached to it & the guests will be informed accordingly. In case they find that expensive then the Manual Parasailing can be replaced with Donut Boat without any extra premium.
