 Cancellation & Refunds :
  • Flight Tickets – Cancellation charges = 20,000/- PP for Indore Guest

  • Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

  • In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart
30 Days and Above 20% Cancellation will be charged
8-29 Days 30% Cancellation will be charged
72 Hours – 7 Days 50% Cancellation will be charged
Less than 72 Hours 100% Cancellation will be charged
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival

Terms and Conditions:

  • Once the booking is reconfirmed 100% cancellation will be charged if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival.
  • If booking is done less than 21 days from arrival or less, immediate reconfirmation will be required to secure the booking. Booking cannot be guaranteed until it is reconfirmed.Please note that if the booking is in the cancellation period(within 21 days from arrival) after confirmation if there is any cancellations the penalties will be applied.
  • Maximum no of persons accommodated in a room would be 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
  • Children above 12 years are considered as adults
  • Children below 2 years will be free of charge (Only one infant per couple)
  • Based on the flight timing, the final program may subject to change / kindly consider confirmation voucher as the final
