Day 01 – 24 Oct/ Saturday – HANOI City ARRIVAL @07:10 – AT LEISURE
 Welcome Welcome to Hanoi City, the capital city of Vietnam.
Reach Hanoi Airport do all imigration formalities, Take luggage, Upon arrival, welcomed by the local driver at 08:00 Am and transfer to the down town. Check in your hotel. Rest of the day at your own leisure (no services). Hanoi 
Day 02 – 25 Oct/ Sunday  – HANOI – NINH BINH – TRANG AN – HANOI
Morning, a 90km drive south of Hanoi will lead us to Ninh Binh – the perfect place to relax and unwind while soaking up the landscape of Vietnam. On arrival, we visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex nearby which recently recognized as an UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape. Boat takes you to visit cave complex of Trang An: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, the scenery of mountain and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh Binh. Late afternoon, drive back to Hanoi. overnight at hotel
Day 03 – 26 Oct/ Monday  – HALONG BAY SHARING DAY CRUISE – TRANSFER VIA THE EXPRESSWAY – HANOI
Morning, Morning, we will drive without guide via the expressway (2.5 – 3 hours driving) to Halong, one of the earliest World Heritages Sited designated by UNESCO for Vietnam in 1994.
11h30-11h45: WELCOME TO HERITAGE CRUISE Our Crew welcome guests at Tuan Chau International Port & check-in on boat. Enjoy the welcome drink.
12h00-13h15: LUNCH ON BOAT Have lunch on boat. Enjoy a BUFFET lunch at a luxury restaurant on cruise with special seafood of Ha Long. The cruise will passing the most beautiful spots in Ha Long Bay such as: Stone Dog, Stone Incense Burner & The Kissing Rocks…
13h30-14h15: VISITING THE SURPRISING CAVE Tour guide will take you to visit Sung Sot cave – one the most beautiful & biggest caves of Ha Long Bay.
14h30-15h15: EXPLORE LUON CAVE Discover the Luon cave by kayaking or sitting on bamboo boat rowing by local residents.
15h30-16h30: VISITING TITOV ISLAND From the top of Titov island, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay with thousands of limestone. Swimming at Titov beach. Or enjoy the Jacuzzi on boat.
16h45: SUNSET PARTY Attend a sunset party, complimentary variety of fruits, cakes, juices, tea. Enjoy the sunset while the cruise returns to Tuan Chau port.
17h45-18h00: DISEMBARK The Cruise back to Tuan Chau harbor. Disembark and transfer back without guide to Hanoi via the expressway (2.5 – 3 hours driving). at hotel.
Day 04 – 27 Oct/ Tuesday  – HANOI – FLIGHT TO DANANG – HOIAN – AT LEISURE
Afternoon, Free at leisure until transfer to the airport without guide hotel & transfer to airport for your flight to Danang City.
Take a flight from Hanoi reach Dananang
Upon arrival, transfer without guide to your hotel in Hoian. Rest of the day at your own leisure (no services) Night at hotel
Day 05 – 28 Oct/ Wednesday – HOIAN – CHAM ISLAND TOUR – HOIAN (L) – 4 PAX, PRIVATE TRANSFER, SHARING SPEEDBOAT // HOIAN – COCONUT VILLAGE – HOIAN – 2 PAX
Morning transfer For 4 pax:
8:00 – 08:30 am: Pick up at the hotel (Hoi An city) to Cua Dai harbor.
09:00 am: Relaxing in fresh cool wind, you will enjoy the beautiful landscape on a sharing speed boat to Cham Island.
09:30 am: Arriving at Lang Beach. Visiting the Marine Protected Area, The Boat Shelter, Hai Tang pagoda, Traditional fishing Village
10:00 am: Swimming and snorkeling (about 45 minutes)
11:30 am: Staying at Bai Ong ecological zone or Bai Chong beach, swimming, taking time to enjoy a sea food lunch.
2:00 pm: Packing luggage for return trip to Hoi An
2:30 pm: Seeing you off at your hotel and finish your trip
For 2 pax: Morning, transfer to Cam Thanh coconut village. Here, you will experience basket boat ride around the coconut forest, learn about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community. You will surely experience the feeling of floating on the waves of water and join a equally fun basket boat race between the baskets together in the cheering and bustling music drum. Board on boat and commence cruising on the Cua Dai River. Coconut forest is a very unique eco region, with a beautiful mangrove forest, is the habitat of many precious animals such as, crab, shrimp, fish and even animals soft body. Local people will teach you how to paddle the Vietnamese unique bamboo basket boat. You will hear stories of past wars and the harsh conditions that soldiers have to endure. Later, back to hotel for rest.
Day 06 – 29 Oct/ Thursday  – HOIAN – BA NA HILLS WITH THE GOLDEN BRIDGE – DANANG
Morning After check-out, morning, transfer to Ba Na Hills for discover this beautiful attraction in Da Nang city. You will take a cable car to the summit of mountain (at 1487m of sea level). Start visiting Ba Na Hill with many different attractions: Funicular, Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddist statue, etc. This afternoon you continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later walk to the summit of the mountain at the height 1487m – the highest one of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong tower a and Golden Bridge, to take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang city. Late afternoon, back to your hotel in Danang  hotel.
Please note: Wax Museum, wine cellar/ tasting, alpine coaster, bouldering, Light Art Museum and coin games are not included in my quotation, joining them will be at your own account.
Day 07 – 30 oct/ Friday  – DANANG – FULL DAY CITY TOUR
Morning visit Marble Mountain. Climb Thuy Son (Water Mountain) by the stone stairs or elevators (2-way elevators are included) to enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside. We then visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Linh Ung pagodas where offers great city views. Be amazed by the main cave which houses a beautiful Cham Buddha sitting under a natural shaft of light. We also visit Am Phu Cave with impressive rock formations featuring the Buddhist perception of hell or purgatory. Spend time if you wish to admire the masterpieces of exquisite stone sculptures created by the skillful hands of artisans in Non Nuoc village at the foot of the mountain. Then you will be back to hotel for some rest. Later this afternoon, we transfer to visit Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain) for panoramic ocean views and visit the Giant Lady Buddha Statue, the tallest statue in Vietnam. Back to the city centre, you’ll visit Han River to see the beauty of the city. Then transfer to My Khe Beach to have some time relaxing there. Dinner transfer at restaurant is included, meal at your own expense. there.
Day 08 – 31 Oct/ Saturday  -DANANG DEPARTURE
After breakfast time free for your leisure own after heading to the airport for your departure flight.

PRIOR NOTICE
– No room / service is held until receiving your official confirmation, availability is subject to
change without prior notice. If any service is not available, we will offer an alternative for your
consideration.
– No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours,
transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour
member.
– Tour rates are based on current fuel rates and subject to change if the fuel rates increase by 10%.
– Airport pick up/drop-off for flights from 22:00pm to 07:00am will require a surcharges for guide
fee and vehicle: USD 22/guide for group 1 – 10pax;
USD 25/guide for group from 11 pax up for per way pick up or drop off;
surcharges for per way transportation is USD 10/4-7s car; USD 15 /15s
van; USD 20/24-35s bus; USD 30/45s bus.
✓ Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program. Their maximum working
time for sightseeing is from 08:00am – 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm. Dinner time is in 2 hours
from 07:00 – 09:00pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel. Overtime charge:
o USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
o USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
o USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up
If you need more time for sightseeing or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost
from begining.
– For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and
no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals.
Your understanding and punctuality is appreciated because our tour guide(s) and driver(s) also need
to refresh and recharge their health to work well on the next days.
Cancellation & Refunds :

  • Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 91113-88850 Sameer.

  • In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart
30 Days and Above 20% Cancellation will be charged
8-29 Days 30% Cancellation will be charged
72 Hours – 7 Days 50% Cancellation will be charged
Less than 72 Hours 100% Cancellation will be charred
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival
