Day 1: Hanoi arrival – city tour Welcome to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to hotel. Check in your hotel as per standard check in time. Afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all the biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Start our visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside only as it closes in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts, his fishpond and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, the Temple of Literature which is considered as the first university of Vietnam. Later, We visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics, medicines to crafts. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.”

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (SHUTTLE BUS HANOI – HALONG) (B/L/D) Breakfast at hotel then check out. Pick up from hotel between 07:45 AM to 08:30 AM to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006. The road will pass by the Red River delta with green paddy fields and rural villages, where hard-work farmers are busy with their farming jobs, ploughing buffaloes or planting seedling. Upon arrival in Halong, check in the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending-dragon” bay, created by thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, passing floating houses and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance. Back to the cruise, enjoy cooking demonstration before having dinner. Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the cruise. DAY 3: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/BR) (SHUTTLE BUS) – FLIGTH AFTER 1800HRS TO DANANG (PVT) You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the “East Sea” by a point-oriented name “Eastern Sea”, so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier. Disembark from the cruise. Transfer to Hanoi City Center. Later pick up from Hanoi City centre and proceed to Hanoi airport (no guide) for your flight Danang. Upon arrival proceed to hotel (no guide) by private transfer. Check in at hotel and free time to relax. Overnight in Danang. |

DAY 4: DANANG – BA NA HILLS – DANANG (SIC) (B/L) “Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to Ba Na Hill, one of the most spectacular landscape of Danang City. You will take a cable car to the summit of mountain (at 1487m of sea level). Start visiting Ba Na Hill with many different attractions: Funicular & Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddist statue, etc. This afternoon you continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later walk to the summit of the mountain at the height 1487m – the highest one of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong tower and Golden Bridge, to take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang city. Late afternoon, taking the cable car back to foothill. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Danang. Please note: Wax Museum, Debay ancient wine cellar, cotton animal game and carnival skill at Fantasy Park is not included in my quotation, joining them will be at your own account.” |

DAY 5: DANANG – COCONUT VILLAGE – HOI AN ANCIENT TOUR – DANANG (PVT) (B) Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed to Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village. Here you will enjoy the bamboo basket boat and slowly rowing to the village and enjoy an interesting show. Having an opportunity to learn how to row this unique bamboo basket boat and making an art out of coconut leaves. After lunch(on own), transfer to Hoi An -a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries, you will discover the charming of Hoi An ancient town by walking to visit a traditional Chinese Communal House, Hoi Kien Temple, ancient Tan Ky Merchants ‘ Houses, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge & spending time in Colorful Hoi An Local Market, Free time for shopping at Hoi An Ancient Town. Overnight in Danang. |

DAY 6: DANANG – MORNING FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH – AFTERNOON CITY TOUR (PVT) (B) Breakfast at hotel. Later check out and proceed to Danang Airport (no guide) for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival directly proceed to Cu Chi Tunnels – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centres & kitchens. After a short introduction video showing how the tunnels were constructed, you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside. Later return to hotel and free time to relax. Overnight in HCMC. Note: Guest should reach ho Chi Minh latest by 10.00hrs for their Cu Chi Tunnel Tour. |

DAY 7: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH (SIC) (B) Pick up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to HCMC. Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. |

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh – Departure Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check-out, and transfer to the airport with a driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.
