1st Day – (Wednesday 27th September) : Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok – Pickup

Approx Distance: 125 Km • Est. Travel Time: 5 hours

Meet and Greet on arrival at Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok

2nd Day – (Thursday 28th September) : Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir – Excursion

Approx Distance: 120 Km • Est. Travel Time: 8 hours

After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Note: In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing. Due to winter season (heavy snow) vehicle will be able to drive till Snow point on the way to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.

3rd Day – (Friday 29th September) : Gangtok to Pelling – Transfer Via Namchi)
Approx Distance: 200 Km • Est. Travel Time: 9 hours

After breakfast, start for Pelling (6,300 Ft. / 120 Kms. / 5 Hrs.) via Namchi to visit Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) and Sai Temple. On arrival check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.

4th Day – (Saturday 30th September) : Pelling – Fullday Sightseeing with sky walk

Est. Travel Time: 6 hours

After breakfast start for a full day sightseeing tour. In first half, Rimbi waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake (Wishfulling Lake) and Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In the second half cover the Pemayangtse monastery, Rabdantse ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Sang-Ngag Choling (Skywalk), New helipad ground. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling

5th Day – (Sunday 1st October) : Pelling to Darjeeling via Kirateshwar Mahadev Temple – Transfer
Approx Distance: 100 Km • Est. Travel Time: 4 hours

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.) via Singla Check post and on the way visits Kirateshwar Mahadev Temple. On arrival, check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling

6th Day – (Monday 2nd October) : Darjeeling to Siliguri – Fullday Sightseeing and Transfer
Approx Distance: 70 Km • Est. Travel Time: 9 hours

Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) back to hotel. After breakfast at 8:30 AM check out from hotel (with luggage) and visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple(Peace Pagoda). Afternoon proceed to Siliguri (392 Ft. / 59 Kms. / 2½ Hrs.). On arrival check-in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Siliguri.

7th Day – (Tuesday 3rd October) : Siliguri to Bagdogra Airport – Drop
Approx Distance: 15 Km • Est. Travel Time: 40 minutes

After breakfast Checkout from the hotel and take departure transfers to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey.

  • Nathula pass (Monday closed): Rs.6,000.00 + 5% GST (March to June & October to December) / Rs.5,000.00 + 5% GST (For rest of the Year) per car It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir Excursion..
  • Toy Train Joy Ride (Darjeeling) : Rs.1,714/- (Ticket Price + Service charge) excluding GST Per Person on the day of Darjeeling local sightseeing + Rs.1500/- per vehicle car halting charges.
  • Budha Park : Rs.1,500.00 + 5% GST per car on the day of transfer from Gangtok to Pelling or vice versa


  • We need Guest Name & Arrival / Departure details to process booking.
  • Baba Mandir is new baba mandir.
  • Permit require for Tsomgo Lake/ New Baba Mandir. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card / PAN Card – not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
  • As Innova is low chassis car and not ideal to travel Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir. Alternative in Luxury vehicle like Scorpio / Xylo will be provided.
  • Normally we are not suggestible double service in this winter season, as the day time is shorter than the summer time. If the guest will do double service and all the spots will not be completed due to time shortage of time, we are not responsible for that. Every sightseeing places are maintaining timing for closing. So this is our suggestion not to avail double services in single day or to start early morning.

About Vehicle:

  • We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
  • Non a/c Wagon-R for 1-3 Pax including child.
  • Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 pax including child.
  • If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided as per availability.
  • Maximum 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.
  • Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
  • Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
  • In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver

For Luxury Vehicles

  • Please note that this Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio/Xylo/Innova) will be provided to the guest for the complete tour. The vehicle changes every day/Sector wise & will be on contract as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal. Also while opting for Luxury Vehicle please informs the guest to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be directly paid by the guest on the spot. Maximum 06 Heads (Including adult & children) will be allowed in a Scorpio/Xylo/Innova. AC of this luxury vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills.
  • A maximum 06 Pax including children are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova with maximum luggage 5-6 medium size baggage in a vehicle. In case the number of heads traveling increases or the guests are carrying more luggage, then the guest will have to take another additional vehicle at a supplement cost or pay directly for the extra vehicle.

About Transfers:

  • Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
  • All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
  • In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
  • If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
  • Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
  • All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.
  • The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
  • We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
  • As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.
  • In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any confusion.
  • If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
  • If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive 2 days before , after that no changes are allowed.

About Hotel:

  • Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so – you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourn by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)
  • Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
  • A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
  • For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
  • Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

Nathula Pass:

  • The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability. We can not give you any guarantee for nathula pass but we will try.
  • Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Monday. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till New Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost.
  • As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
  • The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
  • In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can-t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
  • In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent-s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.
  • Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.

General Information:

  • Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
  • The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
  • Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
  • The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
  • We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
  • The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
