1st Day (Sat 23rd December)         Cochin – Munnar ( Approx. 4 Hrs drive )
Arrival at Cochin airport/ railway station, meet and assistance.Transfer to Munnar . Munnar is 1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India’s highest peak (Anamudi – 2695 mts). On the way visit Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls & Tea Plantations. On arrival at Munnar transfer to Hotel. Check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park), the best place to see Nilgiri Tahr (Hermitragus Hilarious) – the mountain goat of South India & Tea Museum . Evening have a short visit at Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise.overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day (Sun 24th December)       In Munnar
Morning after breakfast full day visit of Munnar. Mattuppatty dam, Echo Point, Kundalay Dam, Pothenmedu View Point, Blossom Park etc are some of the highlights of the sightseeing. Shopping & overnight at the hotel in munnar.
3rd Day (Mon 25th December)         Munnar – Thekkady ( Approx. 3 Hrs Drive )
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Thekkady , on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Thekkady. One of the world’s most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Sightseeing in Thekkady: Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary, Spice Plantation.
4th Day (Tue 26th December)       Thekkady – Kumarakom (Approx 4 hrs drive)
After breakfast proceed to Kumarakom ( 190 kms, 6 Hrs),Check in to the hotel on arrival. Kumarakom, the queen of Vembanad, is a ‘resort’ destination. This tiny village on the edge of Vembanad Lake was practically unknown till one Henry Baker purchased land from the erstwhile King of Travancore to build himself a grand home. Kumarakom, today is a maze of modern resorts and heritage-homes-cum-hotels spilling over the island’s bank. Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary is a must-visit with its numerous beautiful rivulets and waterways. The scenic Vembanad Lake surrounded by mangrove forests and paddy fields is one of the best places for bird viewing inside the sanctuary. A large population of feathered species along with a pleasant climate make it a great picnic spot. As Kumarakom is a popular backwater destination in Kerala, a houseboat cruise is a must-do activity for visitors. A boat cruise on the beautiful Vembanad lake is one of the best ways to enjoy birdwatching in the park. One can also enjoy wildlife photography at Pathiramanal – a small island on the lake. A little ahead of Kumarakom, you can visit the backwater town of Kottayam – packed with rubber plantations and majestic old churches. Overnight stay arranged in Resort.

5th Day (Wed 27th December) : Kumarakom to Trivandrum – Transfer & Sightseeing
Check out from the hotel and drive to Trivandrum, on arrival Check in to hotel. Local sightseeing and overnight stay.
6th Day (Thu 28th December) : Trivandrum – Kanyakumari Day Visit

The beautiful town on the very tip of the Indian Peninsula is set on the confluence of the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. 7th Day (Fri 29th December) : Trivandrum – Full Day Sightseeing
Start your day with a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum, (Thiruvananthapuram) literally means ‘the abode of Anantha’, the snake God. The main attraction of the city is the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple dedicated to Vishnu (also known as Padmanabha) reclining on the snake Anantha. The imposing gopuram (gateway tower) and intricate sculptures of the temple make it a very popular tourist attraction. Later visit Napier Museum, an art and natural history museum which houses a collection of archaeological and historic artifacts, bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings. Sri Chitra Art Gallery (Closed on Mondays & Wednesday forenoons) displays the original paintings of Raja Ravi Varma which houses a collection of paintings from the Rajput, Mughal and Thanjore schools. The collection also includes unique copies of Indian mural paintings from pre-historic times down to the 18th century. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
8th Day (Sat 30th December) :  Trivandrum Airport – Departure Transfer
Morning after breakfast,  Checkout from hotel & proceed for sightseeing if time permits & proceed for Airport for departure.
