1st Day (Sat 8th February) : Cochin to Munnar – Arrival & Transfer Arrival at Cochin airport/ railway station, meet and assistance.Transfer to Munnar . Munnar is 1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India’s highest peak (Anamudi – 2695 mts). On the way visit Valara, On the way, visit Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls; both of these are seasonal attractions, along with tea plantations. On arrival at Munnar, transfer to the Hotel. Check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park), the best place to see Nilgiri Tahr (Hemitragus Hilarious) – the mountain goat of South India & Tea Museum . Evening have a short visit to Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise.overnight at the hotel. |

2nd Day (Sun 9th February) : Munnar – Full Day Sightseeing Morning after breakfast full day visit to Munnar. Mattupetty dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Pothamedu View Point, Blossom Park etc are some of the highlights of the sightseeing. Shopping & overnight at the hotel in Munnar. |

3rd Day (Mon 10th February) : Munnar to Thekkady – Transfer & sightseeing After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Thekkady , on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Thekkady. One of the world’s most fascinating wildlife reserves. The Periyar wildlife sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick evergreen forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wildlife and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. 4th Day (Tue 11th February) : Thekkady to Alleppey – Transfer & Houseboat Stay Check out from the resort and drive to Alleppey. Arrive at Alleppey and board the houseboat at noon for a backwater cruise and for an overnight stay. While cruising in these floating luxury- villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual – skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed- down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. 5th Day (Wed 12th February) : Alleppey to Kovalam – Transfer & Sightseeing After breakfast checkout from hotel / Houseboat (As per your stay )and drive to Kovalam, on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Kovalam.Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans, since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. 6th Day (Thu 13th February) : Kovalam – Kanyakumari Day Trip After early breakfast, drive to Kanyakumari. Proceed for local sightseeing tour in the afternoon. Kanyakumari is located at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent and represents the site where the spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda spent days in meditation upon a rock off of the coast. Padmanbhapuram Palace, Suchithram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhidham and Trivenisangam are some of the sightseeing attractions in Kanyakumari.
