Day 02: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya– En route Ramboda Falls/ Hanuman Temple/ Tea Plantation & factory Ramboda Waterfall This foamy cascade of water is the 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and is 109m high. Hanuman Temple Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple is one of the important Hanuman Temples in Sri Lanka located on summit of the very beautiful picturesque mountain in Ramboda 30 KM north to Nuwara Eliya, the gateway to the tea country hill station of Sri Lanka. This Hanuman Temple in Ramboda was constructed by Chinmaya Mission of Sri Lanka. Ceylon Tea Tour Visiting a tea estate and sipping a cup of world-famous Ceylon tea in a local tea shop is one of the greatest pleasures of travelling in Sri Lanka. |

Day 03: Nuwara-Eliya –Seetha Amman Temple/ Haggala Botanical Garden/ Gregory Lake & Victoria Park Seetha Amman Temple Adding a cultural dimension, the Seetha Amman Temple, nestled in the hills, is associated with the Hindu epic Ramayana. The temple’s serene surroundings and the mythological connection contribute to the spiritual ambiance of Nuwara Eliya. Haggala Botanical Gardens Hakgala Botanical Garden is situated on the Nuwara Eliya-Badulla main road, 16 km from Nuwara Eliya and extents for about 28 hectares. The garden has a cool temperate climate because of altitude is 5,400 feet above sea level. Gregory Lake Nestled in the heart of Nuwara Eliya, Gregory Lake invites visitors to indulge in leisurely boat rides or lakeside strolls. The well-manicured surroundings and the cool mountain air create a tranquil atmosphere, making it a popular spot for relaxation. Victoria Park Victoria Park, a meticulously maintained garden, reflects the town’s colonial heritage. The park’s pathways are adorned with vibrant flower beds, providing a serene space for picnics, birdwatching, and unwinding amidst the beauty of nature. |
