verweight charges are applicable @ INR 2500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Furthermore, any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which would be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.

 GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS
• There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
• Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas.
• Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
• At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens. All properties lodge with hot water, towels, shower and western toilets

If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of tour, following
cancellation charges will be applicable
1. More than 15 days prior to travel date: 50% of total tour cost.
2. 15 or less days prior to travel date: No Refund
3. No show: No Refund
4. After commencement of tour: No Refund
