• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

• In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart

• In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival

• Kecak dance is on a first come first serve basis only and based on 2 slots (1800 hrs /1900 hrs)
• If guests wish to pre-block Kecak Dance online will be extra chargeable USD 10 per person & should be booked 3 days prior. Trekking in any mountain of Bali will be subject to cancellation at any given time without any prior notice based on new rules by governing authorities or ceremonies.

• Snorkeling activity in Nusa Penida is standard with equipment (Mask and Life Jacket only) there is no trainer or training involved.
• If the guest wants premium snorkeling there will be additional charges the venue will also be different in Nusa Penida.
• No refund for unused services anyhow. Maximum waiting for Private / SIC tours will be 15 mins, exceeding this time the guest will need to reach the destination by own expense.
• Sunset Dinner Cruise by Sea Safari is strictly subject to availability, as it is charted for private events in many of the cases.
• An upgrade to Bali Hai cruise will be offered which is premium as compared to Sea Safari with an additional upgrade cost.
• It is requested to all customers to adhere timing of all tours and transfers to evade escalations.
Multiple arrival departure is subject to additional cost as above cost based on passengers travelling (Arrival / Tours/ Departure) Together.
• We are not responsible if the flight details are not shared on time, it may cause delay in services or providing voucher. If only land package is booked, its important the travel agent should share the location of the hotel as rates are only valid for (Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Benoa, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua Area) only
• All customers are requested to check hotel reviews before confirming or making payment.
• We do not promote water sport activity for children below 10 years due to safety reasons.
• We strongly urge to take care of self-belongings.
• Hotel Confirmation will take minimum of 48 hours excluding holidays, Saturday & Sunday.
• Any cost apart from the package confirmed shall be borne by the customer themselves.

• Weather in Nusa Penida is extremely hot, due to this reason the vehicle takes time to cool after every excursion we visit.
Due to any reason the guest wishes to come back from Penida on early ferry it will be extra chargeable as per on ground price and strictly subject to slots.
Any retribution fees in Islands Like Gili, Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan etc. needs to be incurred by the guest, these services cannot
be pre booked neither Indo Jaya have any role.
