  • Driver’s bata, toll, parking, driver’s night halt, fuel charges. (Applies if the vehicle is included in the package)
  • All transfers and sightseeing by AC Transport as per the itinerary inclusive of toll, parking & driver’s batta ( from garage to garage 8 am – 8 pm)
  • All presently Applicable Govt Taxes. ( until mentioned as it is exclusive )

Excludes

• Any Airfare / Entrances fees / Monument Charges /Tips and porter charges.
• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, telephone, Ayurveda massage and laundry bills etc.
• Any boating charges (motor boat / pedal boat).
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults etc
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults, natural calamities etc.
• NOTE: Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.

Please Note :-

• Non A/C rooms are normally provided in cool or hilly areas.
• Due to their climatic conditions, Munnar and Thekkady in Kerala do not have AC rooms.
• The standard check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to the discretion of the hotel.
• These excursions are subject to road and weather conditions. Once the permits have been issued in case you are unable to reach the points because of a landslide / roadblock / snowfall, there will be no refund applicable.
• All hotel bookings are done in base category rooms unless otherwise specified
• Rooms are not blocked and confirmation is subject to availability only.
• No refund even if we cannot conduct sightseeing due to natural reasons.
• No refund for any unused services or missed sightseeing. Missed sightseeing will not be covered on any of the following days of the tour.
• In the case of a landslide, we may have to take a detour. The additional cost arising due to such unforeseen circumstances can be paid directly to the driver.
• Meals offered is assuming the guest would be having it in the same hotels where they stay & Any meals arranged outdoor OR any other restaurant en-route may attract additional charges
• Consumption of the items in the Mini Bar would be chargeable and payable directly at the hotel Dress code (if any) to be followed in the hotel premises and public areas as per the hotel policy if specified
• Only such sightseeing points would be covered which is accessible by the type of vehicle finalized
• Given Transportation rate may be changed if is there any major hike in the fuel price (AND OR) change in tax structure, however this can be advised 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour
• Packaged Drinking Water during the major transfers OR sightseeing can be provided on extra cost if requested up on the time of confirmation
• Entry Tickets / Activity Charges cannot be booked in advance, so guest need to purchase it directly from the counter up on arrival at the destination
