-No refund for unused services.

-Maximum waiting for SIC tours will be 5 mins, exceeding this time the guest will need to reach the destination by own expense.

-Sunset Dinner Cruise by Sea Safari is strictly subject to availability, as it is charted for private events

-An upgrade to Bali Hai cruise will be offered which is premium as compared to Sea Safari with an additional upgrade cost

-Bali Hai only operates on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. 

-It is requested to all customers to adhere timing of all tours and transfers to evade escalations.

-Multiple arrival departure is subject to additional cost as above cost based on passengers travelling (Arrival / Tours/ Departure) Together.
