10 June Srinagar local sightseeing. Arrival From Airport & transfer From Srinagar Hotel. After Some Rest Visit To Local Sightseing famous Mughal Garden, Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in the 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in the 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan or (Mehr-un-Nissa. After that visit to Chashmashahi. The Chashma Shahi Mughal gardens in Srinagar have been loved by emperors and picnickers alike, and have now been restored to their past glory. 11 June Srinagar to Sonmarg Sonmarg. (2740 mts) also known as ‘The Meadow of Gold’ or “The Gateway of Ladakh’ Sonamarg is 84 Kms from Srinagar and is surrounded by colorful mountains and thick Pine forests. You can visit Thajwas Glacier on your own direct payment basis.Thajiwas Glacier is 3 Kms in the south of Sonamarg. Thajiwas Glacier is by far the biggest tourist attraction of Sonamarg. Contrary to common belief, you do not go all the way to the glacier. Rather, you actually trek about 3 kilometers from Sonamarg to a place called snow point. From there, you get a clear view of the glacier and can also indulge in activities like sledding. The trek is not difficult at all and is a walk of about 90 minutes to 2 hours from Sonamarg to snow point. You can either walk on your own or can even rent a pony for the same. Slopes and meadows are sparkled with the loveliest of alpine flowers, while the rich forests of fir, sycamore and birch at their lush green beauty to the scene. Along with the Pahalgam, Sonamarg is an excellent takeoff point for treks into the mountains and in itself is an ideal camping ground where glaciers pour down from the Himalayas. 12 June Sonmarg to Kargil After breakfast start our tour to Kargil Via Zojila Pass. 13 June KARGIL – Alchi 225 KMS 6 HOURS Drive to Leh over Namiki-la (12, 200 ft.), Mulbekh where there is a Chamber statue carved out of a single rock about 144 ft. high , over Fatu-la (13, 489 ft.) which is the highest pass on Srinagar – Leh road and visit Lamayuru monastery which is the unique and oldest monastery in Ladakh. 14 June Alchi to Leh After breakfast drive towards leh in route Visit to Alchi Gonpa, 70 Kms from Leh, on the banks of the Indus, is the Alchi Gompa dating a thousand years back. One of its walls features thousands of miniature sized pictures of the Buddha. Three large sized images made of clay and painted brightly are its focal attractions. GurudwaraPatthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km takes us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape, we reach the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village. 15 June LEH LOCAL SIGHTSEEING .. After breakfast, we started our local sightseeing with the Hall Of Fame, Leh palace, Shanti Stupa, Thiksey monastery, Shey Palace, Rancho school. In the evening visit to Leh Market. Overnight stay at Leh. |

16 June Leh to Nubra Valley (125 Kms / aprx. 06 hrs) After an early breakfast we drive to NUBRA VALLEY leads through KHARDUNG-LA-PASS (the highest motorable road in the world) at 18,390 ft, around 39 kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive Hunder by afternoon and rest of the day at leisure to explore beautiful village of Hunder with a Visit to Diskit Monastery. Overnight stay at Camp. |

17 June Nubra – Pangong Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via shayouk raiver After your breakfast drive to pangong Lake Via shayouk River . Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake.
