• Flight Tickets – Cancellation charges = 19,500/- PP 

• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

• In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart

• In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival

• Original Passports
• 04 Photo- Size- 35/45, Mett Finish, Without Spacks, 80% Facial- Head to Chin, Dark Outfit, White Background
• Last 6 Months Bank Statements Closing Balance on 2,50,000/- per Family- Bank Seal & Sign on all papers of statement
• Visa Form ( we will Provide u the same/ Guest Will Have to Sign it only on Page no. 02 & 03  )
• Covering Letter ( we will Provide u the same/ Guest Will Have to Sign it  Only)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The above rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only
Hotel accommodation is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking
The validity of the passport should be 06 months from the intended date of return

1. Maximum waiting time on all SIC tours will be 05 minutes only, if the guests miss the SIC transfers then they will have to reach the activity area on their own.
2. In case the guests miss any tour due to any reason without prior information, we will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever
3. No refund will be offered for any pre-booked activities
4. Water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions, especially Parasailing. In case the water sport company cancels any of the activities due to weather conditions, the guest will be offered a replacement of some other available water sport but there will be no refund as such.
5. Parasailing as mentioned above is an issue most of the times due to strong currents. As a result, a lot of times Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option on the spot by the water sport company – but of course there is an extra premium attached to it & the guests will be informed accordingly. In case they find that expensive then the Manual Parasailing can be replaced with Donut Boat without any extra premium.
