Dhanushkodi is an abandoned town at the south-eastern tip of Pamban Island of the state of Tamil Nadu in India. It is south-east of Pamban and is about 24 kilometres west of Talaimannar in Sri Lanka. The town was destroyed during the 1964 Rameswaram cyclone and remains uninhabited in the aftermath.

 Early morning take Sphatik linga Darshan (Special darshan Entry) with 22 kund snanand main Ling Darshan at the famous Ramanathan temple – the place from where Lord Rama, built a bridge across the sea to rescue his consort Sita, from her abductor, Ravana. Arrive at Rameshwaram. On arrival Visit Vibhishan Temple / Dhanuskodi. Then we visit APJ Abdul Kalam Museum – Small museum in the childhood home of India’s one-time president Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. a Master piece in Dravidian architecture. Overnight at hotel.
13 June –                         Rameshwaram – Tiruchendur – Kanyakumari
After  we proceed to Kanyakumari via Tiruchendur – the sea shore temple of Subrahmanyam is one of the delightful spots sanctified and venerated by every Hindu. Arrive in Kanyakumari – the southernmost tip of mainland India, the “Land’s End,”. Enjoy sunset in the evening. Overnight at hotel.
