Day 01  –  Bali- (Kuta)- SUNSET DINNER CRUISE – BOUNTY
Reach Bali Airport The island of god. On Arrival at Bali take on Arrival VISA & complete the custom process. Transfer to hotel. Check in at Hotel (Hotel Check in time- 15:00hrs). Freshen up & Rest. At 05:00 Pm. Experience your unforgettable evening in a breathtaking atmosphere. Our captain and his friendly crew cordially invites you to a delicious 3-hour dinner in a pleasant environment with a great entertainment program. Let us pamper you and enjoy together with your family or a group of good friends our culinary specialties and the sunset in Benoa Harbor. Back to Hotel at 08:00 Pm. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02  – GWK Park Entrance , Uluwatu Temple , Kecak Dance
After Breakfast, At 10:00Am. Leave for GWK is designed and built by Nyoman Nuarta, one of Indonesia’s foremost modern sculptor, the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue or GWK and its pedestal building will be standing 150 meters tall with its wings span 64 meters across. Made from more than 4000 tons of copper and brass, the statue is picturing Lord Wisnu, as the source of wisdom, riding on the back of the mythical bird Garuda as the manifestation of conscience toward Amerta, the perennial goodness. After proceed to Uluwatu Temple & Kecak dance show. Back to hotel at 06:00 Pm. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03  –  In Bali- (Kuta – Gili Island)
After Breakfast check out from hotel & leave for GILI TRAWANGAN. BY FAST BOAT (Speedboat Gili – Golden Queen for Return Ferry – 1) Take Cidomo for hotel- OWN After Transfer to hotel. Check in at Hotel. Freshen up & Rest. Overnight at Hotel
Day 04  –  GILI TRAWANGAN
After Breakfast day free for your leisure. On island. For water sportings- (OWN) Overnight at Hotel.
Day 05  –  Gili island-Seminyak- Bali Swing
After Breakfast Checkout from Hotel 1) Take Cidomo for hotel- OWN  & Transfer to Seminyak Hotel. Day 07  –  Bali- Airport
After Breakfast Check out from Hotel. & Leave for Airport For Your Onward Journey.

Cancellation & Refunds :
  • Flight Tickets – Cancellation charges = 24,000/- PP

  • Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

  • In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart
30 Days and Above 20% Cancellation will be charged
8-29 Days 30% Cancellation will be charged
72 Hours – 7 Days 50% Cancellation will be charged
Less than 72 Hours 100% Cancellation will be charred
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival

  1. Maximum waiting time on all SIC tours will be 05 minutes only, if the guests miss the SIC transfers then they will have to reach the activity area on their own.
  2. In case the guests miss any tour due to any reason without prior information, we will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever
  3. No refund will be offered for any pre-booked activities
  4. Water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions, especially Parasailing. In case the water sport company cancels any of the activities due to weather conditions, the guest will be offered a replacement of some other available water sport but there will be no refund as such.
  5. Parasailing as mentioned above is an issue most of the times due to strong currents. As a result, a lot of times Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option on the spot by the water sport company – but of course there is an extra premium attached to it & the guests will be informed accordingly. In case they find that expensive then the Manual Parasailing can be replaced with Donut Boat without any extra premium.
