1) Eravikullam National Park – Will be covered
2.) Attukad water falls- (chunayammackal waterfall) – If roads are slippery we won’t cover as the risk factor is high in Monsoon
3.) Elephant park – Will be covered
4.) Tea Museum – Will be covered
5.) Chocolate Factory – Will be covered
6.) Guest have to hire a local jeep to cover the hill points like Kolukkumali , Meesapulimala , Anakkaa ,Lakkam Waterfalls, Ripple Waterfalls, Chinnar wild life sanctuary ,Marayoor etc which will not be covered by us.

Thekkady:-
1.) Periyar Lake Boat safari – Will be covered – Guest can book directly
2.) Elephant Junction ride – Will be covered

Alleppey:-
(After check out from Houseboat we can cover the below points because during stay By 5:30 pm the houseboats will be anchored at a shore of a backwater village)

1.) Marine world water tunnel aquarium
2.) Light House
3.) Local Market

Flight Details:-

• Accommodation in the mentioned in the hotel section.
• Meal Plan As Mentioned In The Hotel Section.
• Transfers and sightseeing by chosen vehicle As Per Given Itinerary.
• Driver’s bata, toll, parking, driver’s night halt, fuel charges. (Applies if the vehicle is included in the package)
• All transfers and sightseeing by AC Transport as per the itinerary inclusive of toll, parking & driver’s batta ( from garage to garage 8 am – 8 pm)
• All presently Applicable Govt Taxes. ( until mentioned as it is exclusive )

• Any Airfare / Train Fare Entrances fees / Monument Chargers /Tips and porter charges.
• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, telephone, Ayurveda massage and laundry bills etc.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT HOUSE BOAT STAY

Check in 12:30 hours and check out 09:00 Hours next day
Stay include 3 meals and 01 tea snacks (Lunch, dinner, breakfast)
Cruise start from 13:30 hours to 17:00 hours, there is one and half hour break for lunch in between
Check In : 12:30 hrs.
Cruise time from : 12:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs.
Lunch break : 1.5 hrs.
Dinner : 20:00 hrs. 21:30 hrs
Morning Cruise : 08:00 to 09:00 hrs
Check Out : 09:00 hrs

Details of Food Menu
Lunch – Rice with South Indian Dishes – Fish fry for Non Veg Guest
Evening – Tea / Coffee & Snacks (Banana Fry /Onion Pakkoda/Bhaji)
Dinner – Rice, Chapatti with North & South Indian Veg Dishes – Chicken Curry for Non Veg Guest.
Break Fast – Idili / Dosa, Sambhar OR Bread Butter & Omelet
Running hot water facility is not available, hot water will supplied from kitchen on request
Since the house boat is moving through country side and paddy fields there may be possibilities of pests may see in house boats
Always close doors and windows to avoid mosquitos entering in to bed rooms
Food will be preset traditional Kerala menu, breakfast will be lite e.g.: idly, omelet, bread and jam
Since there is no storage facility last minute food orders will be difficult once the boat left from boarding point
Crews in the house boats are not professionally trained by any hospitality institutions, most of them are oarsmen of erstwhile goods canoes, it may cause language issues
Tip is mandatory
There may be chances of unexpected power failure and technical issues at any time
TV and sound system may get malfunction due to the salt air in the lake
TV channels are not available
Shoes and slippers are not allowed in boats ( has to keep in the common area after entering in the house boat)
All House boat crews are belongs to any of the trade union, trade union influence higher than the management
All guest has to sleep by 22:00 hours since the crew sleep in the common area of same boat
Crews may insist you to buy fish and prawns from the shops on the way, buy it if you are comfortable with rates and quality
Facilities, cleanliness, quality of linen, towel, toiletries are not comparable to hotels and resorts
Sometimes Direct check in to house boat from the boarding point is not possible due to climatic and traffic congestions in the lake, in that situation guest will be transferred by small motor boat or shikhara boat from boarding point to house boat which parked away from the boarding point
Crew may insist you to hire shikhara boats, speed boats or any other water sports activities, go ahead if you are comfortable with rates and safety concerns
There are no two house boat alike
Most of the house boats toilets and bath rooms are being supplied with brackish water
A/c will work 21:00 hours to 06:00 hours In bed room in deluxe boats, in premium boats A/c available in the bed room on request during stay , in the luxury boats a/c available in rooms and ding area on request during the stay

Vehicle Usage –

All vehicle services are time-bound (8:00 AM To 08:00 PM ) and are provided on point-to-point basis only as per the itinerary.
Any usage of the transport services between 21.00 Hrs to 07.00 Hrs would attract an additional Driver’s Bata (each time) which can be settled directly with the Driver on a daily basis
They are not provided for repeat services or disposal for personal activities, such as market visits, shopping, dinner, etc.
Vehicles will change during the tour, hence guests are advised to not leave behind any belonging in the car
Detour/tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural/manmade disturbances like landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train/flight delays etc. The cost arising due to such factors will be billed additionally, which is payable directly to the driver.
Given Transportation rate may be changed if is there any major hike in the fuel price (AND OR) change in tax structure, however this can be advised 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour
