Flight Cancellations:-
72 Hours – 7 Days 3800*2 Sector = 7,600/- PP
Less than 72 Hours 100% Cancellation will be charged
Hotel Cancellations:-
30 Days before date of Travel 35% Cancellation will be charged
16 to 29 Days Before date of Travel 50% Cancellation will be charged
Canceled within 15 days from the date of arrival 100% Cancellation will be charged
Cancellation policy will be applicable as per hotels terms & conditions with Feel India Holidays

  • Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

  • In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the above Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 15 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 50%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 15 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival
