Day 01               Chennai -Kanchipuram(75 km/1.5hrs)
Proceed to Kanchipuram. reach Kanchipuram in the late afternoon than check in hotel. Later visit Shiv Kanchi temple Kamakshi Amman Temple and Vishnu Kanchi temple. Night in hotel.
Day 02            Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram –  Pondicherry
Morning after breakfast depart Pondicherry  En route visit Visit Shore temple – classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Arjuna Penance and Five Rathas at Mahabalipuram. on arrival check inn at hotel. visit Shri  Aurobindo Ashram which is famous land mark of Puducherry. This Ashram is very famous for Yoga Meditation teachings.  Also visit Auroville, Botanical gardens, Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Pondicherry Museum, French Institute of Indology and Bharti Dasan Memorial Museum. In the evening relax at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03                Pondicherry–Trichy
Morning check out from hotel proceed to Trichy(202 km/3 hrs) and check in at hotel. Night in hotel.
Day 04              Trichy – Madurai –(140 km/3 hrs)
Early morning check out from hotel and visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple – largest temple in India and one of the largest religious complexes in the world.Madurai   Arrive Madurai & visit Meenakshi Temple.Night in hotel
Day 05              MADURAI TO Rameshwaram
the place from where Lord Rama, built a bridge across the sea to rescue his consort Sita, from her abductor, Ravana. Arrive at Rameswaram in the afternoon and check in at hotel and go for half day tour of Rameswaram. Visit the famous Ramanathan temple – a Master piece in Dravidian architecture. Night in hotel.
Day 06               Depart to Kanyakumari
Morning depart for Kanniyakumari by surface approx. 382 kms / 7hrs. Arrive in Kanniyakumari the southern Tip of Indian sub-continent. Check in at your hotel. Evening at your Evening at your Leisure, Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07      Kanyakumari – kovalam
Leave Kanyakumari SIGHTSEEING Then depart to – Trivandram  (110 km 3 hrs) sightseeing Padmanabhaswamy temple etc, night stay
Day 08              DROP TRIVANDRAM airport/station

A famous picnic spot on the island, Dhanushkodi is also an important pilgrim spot on the Rameshwaram Island. The name Dhanushkodi literally means the end of the bow and is spot where Lord Ram built the famous bridge with floating stones. The place is famous for the various migratory birds that flock here and its pristine views of the ocean. Being one of the most important pilgrim spots for the Hindus, Rameshwaram is a city that exemplifies the richness of Indian culture and the Hindu religion.

# The Five-faced Hanuman Temple
The temple is famous for its unique incarnation of the mighty monkey god Lord Hanuman. The image of the deity has five faces namely Lord Hanuman, Lord Adivaraha, Lord Narasimha, Lord Hayagriva and Lord Garuda. The idol is carved from a large senthooram stone from which vermilion is derived. The ancient idols of Lord Ram, Sita and Lakshamana that were brought during a cyclone from Dhanushkodi are also placed here.

The hillock lies at a short distance of 3 kilometers from Rameswaram and is the highest point on the island. Gandamadana Parvatham is considered to house a foot print of Lord Rama on a Chakra. The hill lies at an amazing location and one can get the panoramic views of the entire island from this point.

The sandy shores of Rameswaram are one of the most holy places for the Hindu pilgrims. The Agnitheertham, are a collection of 22 such spots at the shores which the pilgrims bath in. according to Hindu mythology Lord Ram took a bath at the shores to absolve him from the sin of the killings in the war against Ravana.

 Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple #Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple
Noted among the 275 most important Shiva temples for the Shaivaite sect of Hindus, the Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple is a part of the Char Dham pilgrimage of the Hindus. The temple was said to have been established by Lord Ram himself and is built in the Dravidian style of architecture. The site of the temple was expanded by the Pandya kings in the 12th century who are responsible for the current structure of the temple.
