Day 1                 Arrive Amritsar
Arrive Amritsar Airport & Pickup & drive to Hotel. on arrive check in to hotel, Visit Golden Temple & Wagha Border. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08        Leave Amritsar

Full Day Istanbul City Tour

Byzantine Hippodrome : The former center for entertainment, sports and political activities in the city during the Roman and Byzantine Empires. You will be able to see the Obelisk from Egypt, Serpentine Column from Delphi and fountain of Willhelm II.

Grand Bazaar : The oldest and the largest covered market place in the World with nearly 4.000 shops fuul of rich collections of carpets, jewellery, leather, and souvenirs.

Topkapi Palace :The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of cyrstal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed

* Treasury and Harem sections in Topkapi Palace are not included in the program and are due to extra entry.

Sultans Tombs : There are five tombs of Ottoman Sultans within the graveyard at St. Sophia. The ceramic panels are the most beautiful examples of the 16th century with purple, green, blue, and red flower motives. Prince robes and a small piece from the Kaaba covers are displayed on the sarcophaguses.

Topkapi Palace is closed on TUESDAY and this tour will be replaced with the Two Continents Tour on tuesday.

Leaving the Golden Horn by ferry, you will round Sarayburnu (Seraglio Point), the headland on which the domes and minarets of Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque can be seen. Upon arrival to the island, you will see the lavish Ottoman mansions and other beautiful Victorian summer villas around the island . Depart from your hotel to visit Red valley through Cavusin and explore the famous rock- cut churches and hike 2 km. Then visit Cavusin village. Old Cavusin was abandoned several decades ago due to avalanches. The current village of Cavusin is located on the road. Old Cavusin, with its rock-cut dwellings and stone houses, had several hermitages. After lunch drive to the Pigeon Valley. In the afternoon visit Underground City, where early Christians lived in fear and faith. The houses in the village are constructed around the nearly one hundred tunnels of the underground city, which is one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. The underground city was originally carved out as eight floors; however four floors are available to visit. In wartime about 5000 people can refuge in. The tunnels are still used today as storage areas, stables, and cellars.

SPECIAL NOTES

Guests must be able to walk approximately 2 miles over uneven and cobblestone surfaces. Comfortable shoes, a hat and plenty of sunscreen are recommended as shade is limited the order of the tour itinerary may vary in order to avoid congestion. Guests should watch their step at all times in order to avoid injuries.

Drive to Pamukkale that has the meaning of   the Cotton Castle in English. Once known as Hierapolis, famous for healing thermal / mineral Baths and beautiful snow-white “petrified waterfalls. After lunch visit Hierapolis, including the magnificently preserved Necropolis, the main Street and Gates, the thermal Baths, the devil’s hole, and Masterpiece Theater. Pamukkale terraces are made of travertine, a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. In this area, there are 17 hot water springs in which the temperature ranges from 35 °C to 100 °C The water that emerges from the spring is transported 320 meters (1,050 ft.) to the head of the travertine terraces and deposits calcium carbonate on a section 60 to 70 meters long covering an expanse of 240 meters to 300 meters. Sultans Tombs : There are five tombs of Ottoman Sultans within the graveyard at St. Sophia. Old Cavusin was abandoned several decades ago due to avalanches. The current village of Cavusin is located on the road. Old Cavusin, with its rock-cut dwellings and stone houses, had several hermitages. After lunch drive to the Pigeon Valley. In the afternoon visit Underground City, where early Christians lived in fear and faith. The houses in the village are constructed around the nearly one hundred tunnels of the underground city, which is one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. The underground city was originally carved out as eight floors; however four floors are available to visit. In wartime about 5000 people can refuge in. The tunnels are still used today as storage areas, stables, and cellars.

Morning proceed to Coimbatore. On arrival proceed to visit Isha yoga center, spiritual organization founded in 1992 near Coimbatore, it is also famous for the 112 feet ADIYOGI shiva staute. Take photos with Adiyogi, followed by visit to the Dhyanlingam temple and devi temple. Soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the ashram. Evening enjoy light and sound show at ADIYOGI shiva staute. Overnight at the hotel.
