Pick up from Jodhpur Airport and  depart for Jaisalmer – nicknamed as the Golden city because the yellow sandstone used throughout the architecture of both the fort and the town.by surface approx. 265 kms/ 5hrs.  On arrival Check inn at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning explore the city of Jaisalmer through a city tour which includes visit to Jaisalmer Fort also known as Golden Fort – A UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most prominent landmarks of the city, Jain Mandir, Patwan ki Haweli and museum – with its unique intricate carvings, architecture and design is one of the most significant Havelis in Jaisalmer and Rajasthan. and Nathmalaji ki Haweli – an ornate architecture in the heart of the city. Later enjoy boating at the beautiful Gadisar Lake. In the evening enjoy Sound & Light show at Jaisalmer War Museum. Overnight at the hotel.

Kutch Museum (Approx. time 30 min) : A visit to the Kutch Museum, to learn about the history of tribal and folk tradition of the district, will help you get to know about present-day people and their lives. Remember that visiting a museum is a great way to learn about history, but tribals are not merely part of history, they are a major part of Kutch’s (and India’s) population and cultural identity today.
(Kutch museum remains closed on Wednesday).
