SangchhenDorjiLhuendrup Nunnery, perched on a hilltop in Punakha, Bhutan, serves as a spiritual retreat and training center for Buddhist nuns. It features beautiful architecture, a large bronze statue of Avalokiteshvara, and breathtaking panoramic views.

Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest): It is Bhutan’s most iconic landmark and religious Buddhist site in the world. The name Taktsang translates to “The Tiger’s Nest”. Chele La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in Bhutan, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges and, on clear days, even views of Mount Jomolhari. The pass is adorned with colorful prayer flags fluttering in the wind, creating a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere.

Indian nationals do not require visa to travel in Bhutan. Only a valid passport or Voter Id card are the valid documents for obtaining entry permit.

Morning after breakfast drive to JankiChatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (5kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arrival Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya Shila, after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warn water and having “Darshan” of pious “Yamunaji” returning to Jankichatti. Later drive back to Barkot. O/N Barkot. Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River.
Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.
Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows intonumerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.
Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple . Yamunotri- Yamunotri is situated in the western region of the Garhwal Himalayas and is at a height of 3,235 meters above sea level. Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna.The shrine of Yamunotri is located on the Bandar Poonch peak.
4th Day (Wed 20th May) : Barkot to Uttarkashi – Transfer & Halfday SightSeeing

Morning after breakfast drive to Uttarkashi. En-route visit Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival Uttarkashi check in Hotel, Later visit Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi hotel. Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. 5th Day (Thu 21st May) : Uttarkashi – Gangotri Day Visit
Morning after breakfast proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. On arrival Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. After Gangotri Darshan & Pooja drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi hotel. Gangotri- Gangotri is the place high in the Garhwal Himalayas from where the holy Ganges originates. According to the legend, it was here the Ganga descended on the earth, when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from the locks of his hair. It is a glorious museum constructed by Indian army, Kali Mata Temple, GurudwaraPatthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km takes us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reach the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village. And Visit to Alchi Gonpa, 70 Kms from Leh, on the banks of the Indus, is the Alchi Gompa dating a thousand years back. One of its walls features thousands of miniature sized pictures of the Buddha. Three large sized images made of clay and painted brightly are its focal attractions. No longer an active religious centre, it is looked after by monks from the Liker monastery. This is the only monastery amongst 34 monasteries, which is not located on a hilltop.After visiting above places we drive back to Hotel for Overnight Stay.

Arrival at Chandigarh and meet our representative. Begin your scenic drive towards Manali, passing through beautiful hills, rivers, and valleys. En route enjoy views of the Beas River and charming mountain villages. Upon arrival in Manali, check in to the hotel. Evening at leisure to explore the local market. Overnight stay in Manali.

12 June: Manali – Jispa (Approx. 140 Km | 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast, drive towards Jispa via the famous Atal Tunnel and Sissu. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of Lahaul Valley with snow-capped peaks and glaciers. Continue your journey along the Chandra River to reach Jispa. Check in to the hotel/camp. Overnight stay in Jispa.

13 June: Jispa – Leh (Approx. 335 Km | 10–11 hrs)

Early morning drive to Leh via the spectacular Baralacha La, Nakee La, Lachulung La, and Tanglang La passes. En route stop at Pang and the vast More Plains plateau. Reach Leh by evening and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

14 June: Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast visit famous attractions around Leh including Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and Hall of Fame museum. Later visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and witness the beautiful confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Sangam (Indus–Zanskar Confluence). Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight stay in Leh.

15 June: Leh – Nubra Valley (Approx. 125 Km | 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via the world-famous Khardung La (one of the highest motorable passes). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Arrive in Nubra and visit the sand dunes at Hunder where you can enjoy a double-humped Bactrian camel ride (optional). Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

16 June: Nubra – Turtuk Excursion (Approx. 90 Km | 3–4 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Turtuk, a beautiful border village near Pakistan known for its Balti culture and scenic landscapes. Explore the traditional village, apricot orchards, and stunning views of the Karakoram Range. Later return to Nubra Valley. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

17 June: Nubra – Pangong Lake (Approx. 160 Km | 6–7 hrs)

After breakfast drive towards the breathtaking Pangong Lake via Shyok River route. Enjoy the scenic journey through dramatic mountains and valleys. Upon arrival at Pangong, witness the changing shades of the famous blue lake. Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.
