24 May/ Saturday – Danang – Marble mountain – Hoian Ancient town – Lantern boat
Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to downtown. Leave your luggage at the hotel reception. Today we transfer to visit Marble Mountain. Climb Thuy Son (Water Mountain) by the stone stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside, and visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Linh Ung pagodas where you will be rewarded by great city views and amazed by the main cave which houses a beautiful Cham Buddha sitting under a natural shaft of light. Spend time if you wish to admire the masterpieces of exquisite stone sculptures created by the skillful hands of artisans in Non Nuoc village at the foot of the mountain. Afternoon, clients visit Hoi An Ancient Town, we will be immersed in a magical world of Oriental feel. We will walk over the Japanese Bridge, visit Chinese Assembly halls, and explore ancient houses. We can also listen to folk music at old club houses or stroll into the market by Thu Bon river. Here, we may feel the same inspiration as artists who have found the rooftops of Hoi An to be a source of inspiration. The rest of the time is free for shopping. Hoi An is legendary for its affordable yet quality tailoring services. The streets of the ancient town are also lined with shop houses and makeshift stalls selling handicrafts, jewelry, traditional apparel, and shoes. The central marketplace is filled with locals bargaining for fresh produce and foodstuffs. Hoi An town in the evening is a magical place, where is bathed in warm yellow light from the lanterns that hang from the shophouses, and the streets are filled with the sound of music and laughter. Here, take a boat trip of 15 minutes in the shimmering space like a fanciful picture with hundreds of flower lanterns floating on the water surface and get to release the flower garlands your own, wishing for good luck to the family and loved ones. 06:30PM: Drive back to hotel in Danang for overnight.
25 May/ Sunday – Danang – Bana hills – Danang – SIC tour
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Danang at 07:00am – 07:30am. We’ll transfer to Ba Na Hills, a French inspired hilltop resort. We’ll take the iconic cable car, which has been awarded 5 world records, to the Ba Na Hills station. From the iconic Golden Bridge, we can admire the lush vegetation and rich terrain of the Truong Son Mountains, which stretch to the East Sea. Just a few steps away from the village is the Linh Ung Pagoda, home to a 27-meter-high Buddha statue. The pagoda’s impressive facade is a testament to traditional Vietnamese architecture. Next, we’ll head to Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Pavilion for a walk through well-manicured landscapes that are perfect for photoshoots. The tour guide will take guests to visit Fantasy Park, join in adventurous, fun, and modern games such as Love Swing, Skiver Pilot, Fire Racing Track, Bumper Car, Ghost House... Then, cconquer the Peak of Chua mountain at the height of 1,487m – Visit Ba Chua Thuong Ngan Temple. Enjoy the panorama view of the Da Nang City and Da Nang Bay. Go downhill by cable car and return to Danang. Overnight in Danang.

26 May/ Monday – Danang-HANOI ARRIVAL. HALF DAY HANOI CITY TOUR
After breakfast checout from hotel & transfer to airport to take flight for Hanoi

Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to downtown. Leave your luggage at the hotel reception.
Today we visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, inclusive of Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, as well as his private residence from 1954 until 1969. The wooden ethnic minority style house, which was built on stilts, is surrounded by lovely peaceful gardens. In the same complex you will see the One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049. This structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, locates on a small peninsula on the East side of the dazzling West Lake, this is the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history line of more than 1,500 years. We visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics, medicines to crafts. Overnight in Hanoi.

27 May/ Tuesday – HALONG DAY TOUR
Breakfast at hotel. Early transfer to Halong Bay with private vehicle to join the shared Halong Bay Day cruise.
11h30 – 12h00: Arrive at Port, proceed to embark V-dream Cruise.
12h00 – 12h30: Starts cruising the Halong Bay – a World Natural Heritage, recognized 3 times by UNESCO, and one of the 7 natural wonders voted by the New Seven Wonders.
12h30 – 13h45: Enjoy your lunch aboard our luxury Vdream Cruise. While cruising back to Port, you can contemplate the magnificent scenery of Halong with its thousands of islands & islets. Visit the Fighting Cock Islets – a symbol of Halong tourism.
14h00 – 14h45: Visit Sửng Sốt Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves of Halong with its multi-shape stalactites and stalagmites.
15h00– 15h30: Try your kayaking skills or take it easy on a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave.
16h00 – 16h45: Arrive at Titop Island, you can either enjoy yourselves swimming at the beach or take a hike up to the top of the Island for a quite impressive panorama of the Bay (~300 steps up).
17h00: Quite a few options available for this time: Sunbathing on sundeck, soaking in Jacuzzi, playing board games, reading in restaurants, contemplating the sunset. Enjoy our Sunset Party: Tea, coffee, fruits, cakes, and some light food from Vietnam.
18h15 – 18h30: Arrive at Port, disembark and board our bus back to Hanoi. Transfer back to Hanoi by express-way. Overnight in Hanoi

28 May/ Wednesday – Hanoi – Flight to Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi tunnels & City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check-out, and transfer to the airport with a driver only (no guide) for the departure flight to Ho Chi Minh city (suggested flight before 07.00AM)
Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Check in your hotel (normal check in time is 2pm). Morning drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. After a short introduction video showing how the tunnels were constructed, you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside. Return to Saigon. Start city tour at the War Remnants Museum, one of the most famous historical attractions in Saigon. Coming to the War Remnants Museum, you can learn a part of how Vietnamese had struggled and fought for their independence, freedom, and peace of the nation and the locals’ perspective of the Vietnam War. The exhibits, such as weapons, documents, and photographs, display in the museum are firm evidence of war crimes in Vietnam and speak for the heroic actions of the former Vietnamese generation. Photostop at the Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975. The grand building today is a Museum and Hall of official receptions. Nearby the Palace are the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only), built between 1877 and 1883 and colonial-styled Central Post Office, one of the city’s major landmarks. Later, visit Ben Thanh market, a symbol of Saigon. Have shopping time there and return to hotel. Overnight in Saigon.
29 May/ Thursday – Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (L) – SIC Tour
Pick-up time: 07:30AM – 08:00AM (the time of pick up depends on customer’s hotel/ accommodation’s exact position. If your hotel isn’t on the way to pick-up, you have to self-transfer to the meeting point at ). Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant (Vietnamese menu). Break time. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip.

31 May/ Saturday – Phu Quoc – Vinpearl Safari – Vinwonders Theme Park  (transfer and ticket)
After breakfast, we transfer to discover a fascinating world of animals at Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, the largest wildlife conservation park in Vietnam and the only one of its kind (semi-wildlife) in the country. Hop on our buses and enjoy a fantastic tour through the 380-hectare safari, free of enclosures. See wild animals through a pane of glass while they enjoy their natural habitats. Here, you can also admire many interesting animal shows. (The Safari closes at 2 p.m. daily. The bus in the zoo area is not included). This afternoon, we discover VinWonders Phu Quoc, the largest theme park in Vietnam, offering a great deal of interesting entertainment options, including exhilarating rides, waterpark slides, indoor games, street performances, musical fountains, 5D cinema, and so many more to discover. In the same complex, we also visit Grand World Phu Quoc. With a scale of 85 hectares, the area boasts splendid and magnificent architecture that is inspired by European cities. The Venice River, or Lake of Love, is considered one of the best imitations of the original river in Venice, Italy. Here, you can choose to sit on the gondolas (at your own cost) along the river to watch the romantic scenery created by a lot of sophisticated buildings. Till 09.00PM: Driver pick up and transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Phu Quoc
01 Jun/ Sunday – Phu Quoc – Island Hopping By Canoe & Cable Car (L) – SIC tour
After breakfast, 08:00am pick up by SIC guide and vehicle from your hotel and transfer to An Thoi harbor where you will embark on the canoe for an islands tour. You will pass by 12 small islets and spend time visiting 4 biggest islands of Phu Quoc including:
Mong Tay Island (or May Rut Ngoai), known as the miniature Maldives of Vietnam on the island, with unspoiled beauty, jade blue sea and long, smooth white sand beach.
Hon Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang) or Hon Bom, you can relax in the blue water, snorkel on the coral reefs, contemplate the interesting rock formations.
May Rut Island with white sand lagoon – a unique place to chill out and check in with Bali bird’s nest, heaven’s ladder, ocean net bed, sun ring. Then, speed boat arrives at Thom Island where we enjoy time at Theme Park and Water Park. Have buffet lunch at island restaurant. By end of the afternoon, embark on Hon Thom cable car (about 25 minutes) across above the ocean. During the journey of nearly 8km, freely enjoy the scenery, enjoy the pristine beauty of Phu Quoc from above, record the beautiful moments of the famous in-the-earth paradise in Vietnam. Drive back to your hotel and relax. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
02 Jun/ Monday – Phu Quoc departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check out time and transfer to the airport with driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home. End of services!

– Airport pick up/drop-off for flights from 22:00pm to 07:00am will require a surcharges for guide
fee and vehicle: USD 22/guide for group 1 – 10pax;
USD 25/guide for group from 11 pax up for per way pick up or drop off;
surcharges for per way transportation is USD 10/4-7s car; USD 15 /15s
van; USD 20/24-35s bus; USD 30/45s bus.
✓ Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program. Their maximum working
time for sightseeing is from 08:00am – 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm. Dinner time is in 2 hours
from 07:00 – 09:00pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel. Overtime charge:
o USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
o USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
o USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up
If you need more time for sightseeing or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost

13 May/ Tuesday – Hanoi – Flight to Danang – Marble mountain – Hoian Ancient town – Lantern boat
Breakfast at hotel and then transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to Danang city. (suggested flight before 09.00AM) Upon arrival, greeted by the local tour guide and transfer to downtown. Leave your luggage at the hotel reception. Today we transfer to visit Marble Mountain. Climb Thuy Son (Water Mountain) by the stone stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside, and visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Linh Ung pagodas where you will be rewarded by great city views and amazed by the main cave which houses a beautiful Cham Buddha sitting under a natural shaft of light. Spend time if you wish to admire the masterpieces of exquisite stone sculptures created by the skillful hands of artisans in Non Nuoc village at the foot of the mountain. Afternoon, clients visit Hoi An Ancient Town, we will be immersed in a magical world of Oriental feel. We will walk over the Japanese Bridge, visit Chinese Assembly halls, and explore ancient houses. We can also listen to folk music at old club houses or stroll into the market by Thu Bon river. Here, we may feel the same inspiration as artists who have found the rooftops of Hoi An to be a source of inspiration. The rest of the time is free for shopping. Hoi An is legendary for its affordable yet quality tailoring services. The streets of the ancient town are also lined with shop houses and makeshift stalls selling handicrafts, jewelry, traditional apparel, and shoes. The central marketplace is filled with locals bargaining for fresh produce and foodstuffs. Hoi An town in the evening is a magical place, where is bathed in warm yellow light from the lanterns that hang from the shophouses, and the streets are filled with the sound of music and laughter. Here, take a boat trip of 15 minutes in the shimmering space like a fanciful picture with hundreds of flower lanterns floating on the water surface and get to release the flower garlands your own, wishing for good luck to the family and loved ones. 06:30PM: Drive back to hotel in Danang for overnight.
14 May/ Wednesday – Danang – Bana hills – Danang – SIC tour
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Danang at 07:00am – 07:30am. We’ll transfer to Ba Na Hills, a French inspired hilltop resort. We’ll take the iconic cable car, which has been awarded 5 world records, to the Ba Na Hills station. From the iconic Golden Bridge, we can admire the lush vegetation and rich terrain of the Truong Son Mountains, which stretch to the East Sea. Just a few steps away from the village is the Linh Ung Pagoda, home to a 27-meter-high Buddha statue. The pagoda’s impressive facade is a testament to traditional Vietnamese architecture. Next, we’ll head to Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Pavilion for a walk through well-manicured landscapes that are perfect for photoshoots. The tour guide will take guests to visit Fantasy Park, join in adventurous, fun, and modern games such as Love Swing, Skiver Pilot, Fire Racing Track, Bumper Car, Ghost House... Then, cconquer the Peak of Chua mountain at the height of 1,487m – Visit Ba Chua Thuong Ngan Temple. Enjoy the panorama view of the Da Nang City and Da Nang Bay. Go downhill by cable car and return to Danang. Overnight in Danang.

After breakfast, we transfer to discover a fascinating world of animals at Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, the largest wildlife conservation park in Vietnam and the only one of its kind (semi-wildlife) in the country. Hop on our buses and enjoy a fantastic tour through the 380-hectare safari, free of enclosures. See wild animals through a pane of glass while they enjoy their natural habitats. Here, you can also admire many interesting animal shows. (The Safari closes at 2 p.m. daily. The bus in the zoo area is not included). This afternoon, we discover VinWonders Phu Quoc, the largest theme park in Vietnam, offering a great deal of interesting entertainment options, including exhilarating rides, waterpark slides, indoor games, street performances, musical fountains, 5D cinema, and so many more to discover. In the same complex, we also visit Grand World Phu Quoc. With a scale of 85 hectares, the area boasts splendid and magnificent architecture that is inspired by European cities. The Venice River, or Lake of Love, is considered one of the best imitations of the original river in Venice, Italy. Here, you can choose to sit on the gondolas (at your own cost) along the river to watch the romantic scenery created by a lot of sophisticated buildings. After breakfast, 08:00am pick up by SIC guide and vehicle from your hotel and transfer to An Thoi harbor where you will embark on the canoe for an islands tour. You will pass by 12 small islets and spend time visiting 4 biggest islands of Phu Quoc including:
Mong Tay Island (or May Rut Ngoai), known as the miniature Maldives of Vietnam on the island, with unspoiled beauty, jade blue sea and long, smooth white sand beach.
Hon Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang) or Hon Bom, you can relax in the blue water, snorkel on the coral reefs, contemplate the interesting rock formations.
May Rut Island with white sand lagoon – a unique place to chill out and check in with Bali bird’s nest, heaven’s ladder, ocean net bed, sun ring. Then, speed boat arrives at Thom Island where we enjoy time at Theme Park and Water Park. Have buffet lunch at island restaurant. By end of the afternoon, embark on Hon Thom cable car (about 25 minutes) across above the ocean. During the journey of nearly 8km, freely enjoy the scenery, enjoy the pristine beauty of Phu Quoc from above, record the beautiful moments of the famous in-the-earth paradise in Vietnam. Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Check in your hotel (normal check in time is 2pm). Morning drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. After a short introduction video showing how the tunnels were constructed, you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside. Return to Saigon. Start city tour at the War Remnants Museum, one of the most famous historical attractions in Saigon. Coming to the War Remnants Museum, you can learn a part of how Vietnamese had struggled and fought for their independence, freedom, and peace of the nation and the locals’ perspective of the Vietnam War. The exhibits, such as weapons, documents, and photographs, display in the museum are firm evidence of war crimes in Vietnam and speak for the heroic actions of the former Vietnamese generation. Photostop at the Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975. The grand building today is a Museum and Hall of official receptions. Nearby the Palace are the Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside only), built between 1877 and 1883 and colonial-styled Central Post Office, one of the city’s major landmarks. Later, visit Ben Thanh market, a symbol of Saigon. Have shopping time there and return to hotel. Overnight in Saigon.
19 May/ Monday – Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (L) – SIC Tour
Pick-up time: 07:30AM – 08:00AM (the time of pick up depends on customer’s hotel/ accommodation’s exact position. If your hotel isn’t on the way to pick-up, you have to self-transfer to the meeting point at ). Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant (Vietnamese menu). Break time. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip.

  • We need Guest Name & Arrival / Departure details to process booking.
  • Baba Mandir is new baba mandir.
  • Permit require for Tsomgo Lake/ New Baba Mandir. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card / PAN Card – not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
  • As Innova is low chassis car and not ideal to travel Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir. Alternative in Luxury vehicle like Scorpio / Xylo will be provided.
  • Normally we are not suggestible double service in this winter season, as the day time is shorter than the summer time. If the guest will do double service and all the spots will not be completed due to time shortage of time, we are not responsible for that. Every sightseeing places are maintaining timing for closing. So this is our suggestion not to avail double services in single day or to start early morning.

About Vehicle:

  • We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
  • Non a/c Wagon-R for 1-3 Pax including child.
  • Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 pax including child.
  • If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided as per availability.
  • Maximum 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.
  • Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
  • Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
  • In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver

For Luxury Vehicles

  • Please note that this Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio/Xylo/Innova) will be provided to the guest for the complete tour. The vehicle changes every day/Sector wise & will be on contract as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal. Also while opting for Luxury Vehicle please informs the guest to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be directly paid by the guest on the spot. Maximum 06 Heads (Including adult & children) will be allowed in a Scorpio/Xylo/Innova. AC of this luxury vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills.
  • A maximum 06 Pax including children are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova with maximum luggage 5-6 medium size baggage in a vehicle. In case the number of heads traveling increases or the guests are carrying more luggage, then the guest will have to take another additional vehicle at a supplement cost or pay directly for the extra vehicle.

About Transfers:

  • Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
  • All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
  • In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
  • If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
  • Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
  • All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.
  • The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
  • We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
  • As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.
  • In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any confusion.
  • If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
  • If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should be informed to our executive 2 days before , after that no changes are allowed.

About Hotel:

  • Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so – you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourn by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)
  • Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
  • A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
  • For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
  • Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

Nathula Pass:

  • The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability. We can not give you any guarantee for nathula pass but we will try.
  • Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Monday. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till New Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost.
  • As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
  • The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
  • In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can-t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
  • In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent-s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.
  • Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.

General Information:

  • Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
  • The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
  • Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
  • The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
  • We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
  • The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
