En route, visiting saffron fields and Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of lord Vishnu built by king Awantivarman), enjoy the beautiful countryside on the way. Drive through the pine forest. Gulmarg has one of best ski slopes in the world, and one of the highest golf courses in the world with 18 holes. View of Nanga Parbat if the weather permits. Fascinating views from Tangmarg to Gulmarg. A short trek up to Khilanmarg, which can be covered in about 3 hrs. is Optional. The Gondola Lift for mountain rides in also available. Stay overnight in Gulmarg.
Day 4                         Gulmarg – Srinagar (56 KMS Approx 1- 2 Hrs)
After Breakfast & half day Gulmarg sightseeing. Leave for Srinagar  Reception upon arrival and transfer to Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of the Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh built by Asaf Khan, the brother-in-law of Jehangir in 1632 A.D., and Shalimar Bagh built by Jehangir for his wife empress Nur Jahan. All the Gardens are situated on the bank of the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. En route the gardens, visit a carpet weaving factory. Day 05                      Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar (83 KMS Approx 2- 3 Hrs)

  • Permission from the forest office in Meppady is required for trekking up to Chembra Peak. A heart shaped lake on the way to the top of the peak is a major tourist attraction. The lake is believed to have never dried up. You can find the lake halfway to the peak, after getting to the lake need to trek through about a km or two of dense trees. A 5 km (3 mi) journey from Meppadi town through tea estates to Erumakkolli.

Morning After breakfast  Proceed to Bhubaneswar by surface approx 175 kms. En-route visit the unique textile village at Olasing famous for Khandua Pattern Kosa Silk Sari and Cotton Sari both. On arrival check in to hotel. After fresh up and change visit visit the temples of Bhubaneshwar i.e. Parasurameswar, Rajarani, Brahmeswar and Mukteswara ( Mukteswara temple, one of the most prominent temples of Bhubaneswar, has been constructed in the style that is quite similar to the one used in the Kalinga School of Temple Architecture and know as the ‘gem of Orissan architecture’ . Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
Day 05                       Bhubneshwar Drop
After breakfast check out from the hotel, Drop Bhubneshwar Railway station or Airport.
