Day 1: 29 Nov: Danang Arrival – Hoi An City Tour – Latern Boat Ride (D) – PVT Tour

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local tour guide and transferred to your beach hotel. Free time at leisure.

Note: Standard check-in time at hotel is 14:00 PM – 15:00 PM (Early check-in not included). 

In the late afternoon (around 17:00), the guide will pick you up for a transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town (about 40 minutes from Danang). Hoi An is most charming in the evening when the lanterns are lit. Enjoy a walking tour to explore highlights such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, and ancient houses. Stroll through the lively market by Thu Bon River and soak up the unique Oriental atmosphere.

Enjoy a private latern boat ride along the river in Hoi An.

After the tour, you’ll have free time for shopping. Hoi An is famous for affordable tailoring, handicrafts, jewelry, traditional apparel, and shoes. In the evening, the town turns magical with lantern-lit streets, music, and laughter filling the air. Return to Danang for overnight.

Day 2: 30 Nov: Bana Hills – Golden Bridge Full Day (B) – SIC Tour

07:30 a.m.–08:00 a.m.: Our minivan and a tour guide pick you up at your hotel lobby. Enjoy a ride to Ba Na Hills via cable car.

Spend your time in the most modern cable car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable Car Station, and admire the breath-taking view of Da Nang coastal city.

After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge, which has the most exotic structure and is also one of the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges, as highlighted by the

British Guard newspaper, Le Jardin D’amourn (which consists of nine gardens), and Linh Ung Pagoda.

Sit on the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village, where you could enjoy street music, watch Art’s statue, Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, watch the Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome, etc.

Take the Lava Train from Sun Kingdom to many new attractions for check-in, such as Helios waterfall, Time Gate, and the Moon Kingdom. Join in Fantasy Park by walking in Fairy Forest, discovering Dinosaur Park, playing 5D Wild West, enjoying a 4D death race ride, watching 3D Mega 360 degrees, riding on a journey into the underground, entering Jurassic Park, challenging Freefall Tower, participating in an adventure in Horror House, and playing over 90 free games.

3:00 pm: Return to the cable car after leaving Ba Na Hills.

5:00 p.m.: Our minivan brings you back to your hotel.

Overnight in Danang.

Please note: Optional entrance fees for Wax Museum (~USD 5), Debay Ancient Wine Cellar (~USD 5), Alpine coaster (~USD 4/ride), Bouldering (~USD 5), and coin games are not included, joining them will be at your own account.

Day 3: 01 Dec: Danang – Flight to Phu Quoc – Evening Kiss of the sea show (B)

After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, a private car (no guide) will transfer you to the airport for your domestic flight to Phu Quoc.

Upon arrival in Phu Quoc, our driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

Enjoy your free time at leisure.

Note: Standard check-in time at hotel is 14:00 PM – 15:00 PM (Early check-in not included). 

In the late afternoon, our driver (no tour guide) picks you up to go to visit Sunset Town. You can explore the site at your own space. Enjoy the Kiss of the sea show in the evening (21:00-21:30, not available on Tuesdays).

Return to your hotel before 22:00.

Overnight in Phu Quoc.

Note: Kiss Bridge tickets and Kiss of the sea show are included, no tour guide provided this day.

Day 4: 02 Dec: Vinpearl Safari – VinWonders (B) – 10 hours private car, no tour guide  

Our private car will pick you up at the hotel for a visit to Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders.

Explore the complex at your own as no tour guide for today. Afterwards, car will take you to return your hotel.

Car service is available for 10 hours (suggested: 08:00–18:00).

Combo entrance tickets for Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders are included (1 day pass).

For this combo we will get: Theme park, water park, aquarium, Safari bus

Note: Visit Vinpearl Safari in the morning, as most of attractions here closes after 14:00.

Day 5: 03 Dec: Grand World Phu Quoc (B) – 4 hours private car, no tour guide  

Morning free time exploring the beaches or relaxing.

In the late afternoon, our driver (no tour guide) picks you up to go to visit Grand World. You can explore the site at your own space.

Return your hotel before 22:00.

Overnight in Phu Quoc.

Day 6: 04 Dec: Phu Quoc – Flight to Hanoi – Half Day City Tour (B) – PVT Tour

After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, a private car (no guide) will transfer you to the airport for your domestic flight to Hanoi.

Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be picked up by our local tour guide.

Our city tour offers a flexible starting time – please feel free to discuss with your tour guide for the best arrangement. Tour duration is about 4 hours.

First, we will visit Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in Hanoi. This is where all of the city’s biggest cultural and political events take place. We will take some photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside. Then we continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. The temple was built in 1070, and the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.

After visiting the temple, we will walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a picturesque lake in the heart of Hanoi. We will then take a leisurely walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shophouses. The Old Quarter is also known as “The 36 Streets,” as each street is named after the merchandise that was traditionally sold there.

Day 7: 05 Dec: Halong Bay Day Cruise (B, L) – SIC Tour by shared Limousine Bus

In the morning, 7:30 AM, tour guide and Limousine Bus from SIC tour will pick you up at your hotel. Transfer to Tuan Chau Harbour- Halong via the expressway (about 3.5 hours driving).

Upon arrival, embark on the 5* SONATA cruise, enjoy your enchanting 5.5 to 6-hour journey through the scenic 2-day sleeper cruise route, renowned for its stunning, uninhabited islets and rock formations.

A buffet lunch will be served on board.

Exploring Bo Hon archipelago to visit the Surprising Cave with its great impressive stalagmites and stalactites. Next, you will visit Titov Island where you can swim on the sandy beach or climb to the peak for a panoramic view. The final stop is Luon Cave where you can choose to kayak or to join a bamboo boat rowing to explore hidden lagoon (included).  

Returning to the ship for a Sunset Party, enjoying a traditional music performance during back to Tuan Chau Marina. You will have great time to chill out with friends on Upper deck with unforgettable moments.

Please Read All Terms Carefully Documented in the Itinerary:

• Driver will come for the pick-up at the Airport after 30 minutes of flight arriving time and will only wait for an hour after reaching and the pickup will be considered as a no show if the guests don’t show up.

• Any amendments in regards to pick up / drop timing changes, location changes would be possible & subject to availability only 06-12 hours prior of scheduled timings & not possible within 06 hours of scheduled timings.

• Any cancellations in regards to tours / transfers would be subject to availability 24 hours prior of scheduled timings & not possible within 24 hours of scheduled timings.

• Excursion tickets / passes are non-refundable once issued / confirmed.

• All tours are non-refundable in case of No Show or guest being late.

•For Tours: All pick-up will be done from Hotel Lobby, ensure to be in the Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned for all SIC Tours bookings.

• It is mandatory to carry Nylon swimming costume / shorts with you when you visit Aqua venture water park.

• For Airport pick-up: After coming out of baggage claims area all guests are requested to look for the driver holding pla-card under the name of Lead Passenger. In case you are not able to locate the driver, please proceed near the Etisalat Counter at the Terminal itself and contact our Customer Support for assistance.

• All Airports in UAE have free WIFI connectivity, kindly connect to the same and use what’s-app in case you do not have a local number.

• All guests are requested to either carry an International number or buy a local sim card upon arrive in the UAE. This helps in co-ordination & successful fulfillment of tours.

• For Tours: All pick-up will be done from Hotel Lobby, ensure to be in the Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned for all SIC Tours bookings.

• Services marked as No-Show / not availed will not be re–arranged / re–scheduled and NO reimbursement will be offered.

• All Hotels & Tours are booked by customer’s choice & consent. Any service or hotel once booked cannot be changed / refunded or compensated based on personal like or dislike.

• Times & dates mentioned in the itinerary for tours can be changed by the ground handling team due to non-availability / availability / restrictive reasons. Customers will be informed 24 Hours prior to the tour If applicable change is done.

• Any complaint/grievance will only be entertained if notified during the tour itself. NO complaints will be registered post completion of tour.

• Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability & will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

• Any other meals other than specified above.

• Any other sightseeing other than mentioned above

• Any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone calls etc.

• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

• In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart

• In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival

• General Check-in: 14:00 (2pm) & Check-out: 12:00 (12pm)

• Early Check-in / Late Check-out are subject to availability and may be charged extra

• All quotes may change without prior notice

• Rooms are subject to availability 

• All sightseeing are subject to whether conditions and subject to availability

2. TD (Tourism Dirham) Notes

• Tourism Dirham is a tax collected by UAE Govt by guest and it is mandatory

• Hotel TD Rates: AED7 for 2* & Below, AED10 for 3*, AED15 for 4* and AED20 for 5* per room per night

• Apartment TD Rates: AED10 for Standard & AED20 for Luxury Hotel Apartment per room per night (2 bedroom apartment means 2 rooms and so on)
  
  PVT (Private) Service Notes

• Private tour / transfers means guest will not share vehicle with any other group passengers

• Private service doesn’t mean vehicle on disposal

• Guest will have to follow timing strictly as given

• Driver will wait max 30 min at Airport upon arrival & max 10 min for all other services

• Vehicle will be on point to point bases only

• For any additional service guest will have to pay extra

5. Visa & OTB Notes

• Visa issuance is sole authority/approval by UAE Gov/Immigration

• We shall not be held responsible for any losses occurred due to rejection or delays in Visa in any circumstances

• OTB (Ok to board) msg is compulsory on many airlines and it is your duty to approach us or apply directly with airlines

• We shall not be held responsible for any losses occurred due to rejection or delays on OTB msg updates in any circumstance
