• Driver will come for the pick-up at the Airport after 30 minutes of flight arriving time and will only wait for an hour after reaching and the pickup will be considered as a no show if the guests don’t show up.

• Any amendments in regards to pick up / drop timing changes, location changes would be possible & subject to availability only 06-12 hours prior of scheduled timings & not possible within 06 hours of scheduled timings.

• Any cancellations in regards to tours / transfers would be subject to availability 24 hours prior of scheduled timings & not possible within 24 hours of scheduled timings.

• Excursion tickets / passes are non-refundable once issued / confirmed.

• All tours are non-refundable in case of No Show or guest being late.

•For Tours: All pick-up will be done from Hotel Lobby, ensure to be in the Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned for all SIC Tours bookings.

• It is mandatory to carry Nylon swimming costume / shorts with you when you visit Aqua venture water park.

• For Airport pick-up: After coming out of baggage claims area all guests are requested to look for the driver holding pla-card under the name of Lead Passenger. In case you are not able to locate the driver, please proceed near the Etisalat Counter at the Terminal itself and contact our Customer Support for assistance.

• All Airports in UAE have free WIFI connectivity, kindly connect to the same and use what’s-app in case you do not have a local number.

• All guests are requested to either carry an International number or buy a local sim card upon arrive in the UAE. This helps in co-ordination & successful fulfillment of tours.

• For Tours: All pick-up will be done from Hotel Lobby, ensure to be in the Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned for all SIC Tours bookings.

• Services marked as No-Show / not availed will not be re–arranged / re–scheduled and NO reimbursement will be offered.

• All Hotels & Tours are booked by customer’s choice & consent. Any service or hotel once booked cannot be changed / refunded or compensated based on personal like or dislike.

• Times & dates mentioned in the itinerary for tours can be changed by the ground handling team due to non-availability / availability / restrictive reasons. Customers will be informed 24 Hours prior to the tour If applicable change is done.

• Any complaint/grievance will only be entertained if notified during the tour itself. NO complaints will be registered post completion of tour.

• Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability & will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

Cancellation & Refunds :

  • Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

  • In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart
30 Days and Above 20% Cancellation will be charged
8-29 Days 30% Cancellation will be charged
72 Hours – 7 Days 50% Cancellation will be charged
Less than 72 Hours 100% Cancellation will be charred
  • In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival

After Breakfast Nusa Penida Includes : Kelingking Beach , Broken Beach , Angel Billabong , Crystal Bay , Indoensian Local Lunch at Nusa Penida is a secluded island located southeast of Bali. Once you arrive in Nusa Penida – Pakeh Harbor we proceed go to Broken Beach. Broken Beach or Pasih Uug in Nusa Penida place is very calm and comfortable because it is situated far from residential areas. This is very unique beach, there is a big natural pool, with about a hundred meters in diameter. The pool was found because of the broken clift (land). Angel’s Billabong often called Angel of Nusa Penida is located at Sompang not to far from Pasih Uug (broken beach). The beauty of Angel’s Billabong is visible from the cliffs are beautiful and have a meeting estuarine water clear beaches that appear greenish. Nusa Penida has so many amazing views making it hard to pick a favorite. But when the cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd fa orite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger n the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular. Morning, 08:00am pick up by SIC guide and vehicle from your hotel and transfer to An Thoi harbor where you will embark on the canoe for an islands tour. You will pass by 12 small islets and spend time visiting 4 biggest islands of Phu Quoc including: Mong Tay Island (or May Rut Ngoai), known as the miniature Maldives of Vietnam on the island, with unspoiled beauty, jade blue sea and long, smooth white sand beach. Hon Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang) or Hon Bom, you can relax in the blue water, snorkel on the coral reefs, contemplate the interesting rock formations. May Rut Island with white sand lagoon – a unique place to chill out and check in with Bali bird’s nest, heaven’s ladder, ocean net bed, sun ring. Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, 08:00am pick up by SIC guide and vehicle from your hotel and transfer to An Thoi harbor where you will embark on the canoe for an islands tour. You will pass by 12 small islets and spend time visiting 4 biggest islands of Phu Quoc including: Mong Tay Island (or May Rut Ngoai), known as the miniature Maldives of Vietnam on the island, with unspoiled beauty, jade blue sea and long, smooth white sand beach. Hon Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang) or Hon Bom, you can relax in the blue water, snorkel on the coral reefs, contemplate the interesting rock formations. May Rut Island with white sand lagoon – a unique place to chill out and check in with Bali bird’s nest, heaven’s ladder, ocean net bed, sun ring. During the visit, if you are the fan of the colorful coral reef, you can experience sea-walk exploring the coral park with 250 identical species of creatures together with the large corals reef that are preserved nowadays (your own expense). Afternoon, speed boat arrives at Thom Island where we enjoy time at Aquatopia Water Park. Have lunch on the island restaurant (local buffet). By end of the afternoon, embark on Hon Thom cable car (about 25 minutes) across above the ocean. During the journey of nearly 8km, freely enjoy the scenery, enjoy the pristine beauty of Phu Quoc from above, record the beautiful moments of the famous in-the-earth paradise in Vietnam. Then get dropped off at Sunset Town in Phu Quoc for self-exploring. Sunset Town is a stunning coastal destination in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, known for its Mediterranean-inspired architecture and breathtaking sunset views. Located on the southern tip of the island, this vibrant town features colorful buildings, charming streets, and world-class attractions. One of its highlights is the Kiss Bridge, a unique architectural masterpiece symbolizing love and connection. The town is also home to Kiss of the Sea, a spectacular multimedia show combining fire, water, and 3D projections. Held on a giant seawater stage, the show features stunning visuals and ends with a spectacular fireworks display. Performances run daily at 21:00. (except Tuesdays) With its lively atmosphere, seaside cafés, luxury resorts, and cultural performances, Sunset Town offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, making it a must-visit spot in Phu Quoc.
