    Fully vaccinated [ 2 Doses ] Guests embarking on the Genting Dream from either homeport in Singapore or Port Klang (Malaysia) will no longer be required to undergo a pre cruise Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for COVID-19.

    In addition to the announcement, mask-wearing at indoor venues on board the ship will no longer be required as per the Singapore ministry’s latest guidelines. However,

    Cruising on Genting Dream got much easier for non-fully vaccinated travellers(including Children above 13 years old). They can now visit Singapore and also board cruise with these simple steps:

    Produce negative RT PCR or professionally administered ART result taken 2 days before arrival in Singapore.

    Purchase Covid-19 travel insurance for duration of stay in SG

• No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
• Tour rates are based on current fuel rates and subject to change if the fuel rates increase by 10%.
• Airport pick up/drop-off for flights from 22:00pm to 07:00am will require a surcharges for guide fee and vehicle: USD 22/guide for group 1 – 10pax; USD 25/guide for group from 11 pax up for per way pick up or drop off;  surcharges for per way transportation is USD 10/4-7s car; USD 15 /15s van; USD 20/24-35s bus; USD 30/45s bus.
• Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program. Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from 08:00am – 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm. Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel. Overtime charge:
  • USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
  • USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
  • USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up

• For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals.

 Your understanding and punctuality is really appreciated because our tour guide and driver also need to refresh and recharge their health to work well on the next days.

COMPULSORY TIPS POLICY FOR GUIDES AND DRIVERS:

• Group from 1 pax – 10 pax: Minimum USD 4/guest/day
• Group from 11 pax up: Minimum USD 3/guest/day

If you wish to include the tip into the invoice and pay beforehand, please add 10% of the total amount.

• Flight Tickets – Cancellation charges = Non Refundable

• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

• In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart

• In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival
