After your breakfast drive to pangong Lake Via shayouk River . Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometer at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. 15 April –  Kathmandu

Meeting at airport upon arrival by Office Personnel. Transfer to hotel. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the Kathmandu Valley is the political and cultural heart of the Kingdom.

The urban sprawl that makes up modern Kathmandu is in fact two cities, Patan and Kathmandu.

16 April –  Kathmandu

This morning you will be taken  for a visit of the Hindu culture in Nepal, Pashupatinath.  This is the place where holy saddhus pray. The Pashupatinath Temple is a famous, sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Pashupatinath and is located on the banks of the Bagmati River 5 kilometres north-east of Kathmandu Valley in the eastern city of Kathmandu the capital of Nepal. This temple is considered one of the sacred temples of Hindu faith .The temple serves as the seat of the national deity, Lord Pashupatinath. This temple complex is on UNESCO World Heritage Sites’s list Since 1979. This “extensive Hindu temple precinct” is a “sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Bagmati river”. We then continue to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal, Bouddhanath, with its large stupa, this is the place where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage. After completion of these two spots, you will be taken take you for a visit to Patan. Also known as  Lalitpur  , the city of beauty is separated from Kathmandu only by the Bagmati River and is the second largest town in the valley. Lalitpur is fragmented from other cities due to its substantive architectural ancient masterpieces. Patan’s central Durbar Square is absolutely packed with temples: Its an architectural center point with a far greater concentration of temples per sq. meter than in Kathamandu or Bhaktapur. Within  the city also lies the Tibetan refugee center, home to most of the valley’s Tibetan population.  While technically refugees,

the Tibetans are some of the wealthiest people in the valley because of the carpet industry they operate.  For those looking to bring home a fine Tibetan carpet, this is the place to shop. You will then go to Swayambhunath the golden spire of the 5th-century Swayambhu stupa is adorned with a colorful fluttering of prayer flags; it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and offers fantastic views over the city of Kathmandu. Swayambhunath is one of the most recognizable symbols in Nepal and the painted eyes of Buddha watch all who ascend the worn stone steps.

Later visit the Budanilkantha Temple which is also known as the Sleeping Vishnu Temple.

Budhanilkantha Temple, located in Budhanilkantha, Nepal, is a Hindu open air temple dedicated to Lord Mahavishnu. Budhanilkantha Temple is also known as the Narayanthan Temple for Hindus, and can be identified by a large reclining statue of Lord Mahavishnu. However In the Buddhist community, the term “Buddhanilkantha” refers to one of the various manifestations of Avalokiteshvara. The name means “Blue-Throated Buddha.”

17 April – Kathmandu / Nagarkot via Bhaktapur ( 35 KMS )

Drive to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is situated 35 kilometers, 1.5  hrs drive east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 2,175 meters. The panoramic view of the major peaks including Mt. Everest can be seen from here. This place is also famous for viewing sunrise and sunset. Overnight at hotel.

On the way to Nagarkot at 17 kms stop for Bhaktapur. Perhaps the least changed of all the cities in the Kathmandu Valley, with a distinct medieval feel.  Pottery and weaving are still traditional industries here. Architectural wonders abound, including the Palace of Fifty Five Windows, Golden Gate and the magnificent five-storied pagoda-style Nyatapola Temple.  The above sightseeing at Bhaktapur is for a maximum of 03 hours after the vehicle reports at the hotel )

18 April – Nagarkot / Pokhara ( 210 KMS )

Drive back to Kathmandu and continue drive to Pokhara. Pokhara is 210 kms from Kathmandu and is a 7 hours drive approx. From Pokhara town (2,352 feet) in good weather there are splendid views right from the hotel. On the way you have an option at an extra cost of doing the river rafting ( Inr 3000 nett per person ) or visit the Manakamna Temple “ Goddess of Fulfilling Wishes” where you are taken by a cable ride ( Inr 670 nett per person payable directly ) of 10 mins. Overnight at hotel.

19 April – Pokhara

This morning you will go for a excursion trip to Sarangkot. Sarangkot is the most popular tourist destination from where the tourist can enjoy the great view of the Pokhara Valley and the magnificent view of the mountains. Sarangkot is only 13 kms from Lake Side, Pokhara. Sarangkot is the highest view point for a sunrise and it is just 1592m high. Sarangkot is  cooler than Pokhara. Sarangkot can be reached easily by 45 to 60 minutes by a car ride to the top from Pokhara. Many tourists come to Sarangkot for sunrise view and go back.

From Sarangkot, on the northern direction we can see Dhaulagiri in the far west. Annapurna range is visible when the weather is clear on the same side. On the southern direction the village overlooks the city of Pokhara and its lake on the north-western outskirts of the city.

This afternoon you will visit Bindebasini Temple. This is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara was a part of Kaski Kingdom, the main deity of the temple, Goddess Durga, was brought from India . Apart from the peace and tranquility that can be felt in this region, the premises of the temple offers a good view of the Himalaya on a clear day. The temple is in the area of the bazaar, hence a journey of the old bazaar can be combined with a visit to the temple. Sightseeing to Devi’s fall, also known as Patale Chango is an awesome waterfall lying 2 km southwest of Pokhara. During summer and rainy season, the waterfall takes its real form, with gushing water splashing and making its way through the rocks. Just opposite of Devi’s fall, on the other side of the road, there is Gupteshwor Cave. This cave is popular for the different natural forms made from limestone deposits. 20 April – Pokhara / Chitwan

Drive to Chitwan. Chitwan is 180 Km & is a 04 hours drive from Pokhara.  . Chitwan is one of Asia’s premier wildlife reserves.

21 April – Chitwan

Enjoy Jungle observation at Chitwan National park. The highlight being the Safari in the jungles. Other activities are Canoeing, Nature Walk and Bird Watching. Also experience walking through the forests with naturalists and watch the Native folk dances of the Terais. Overnight at hotel.

22 April – Chitwan / Lumbini

Drive to Lumbini. Lumbini is 180 kms from Chitwan & a 05 hrs of non stop drive. Lumbini is located in the south-central Terai of Nepal, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas.

For millions of Buddhists the world over, it evokes a kind of holy sentiment akin to the significance of Jerusalem to Christians and Mecca to Muslims. Lumbini is the place where Lord Buddha – the apostle of peac6e, and the Light of Asia – was born in 623 B.C.  

Then you will tour the Lumbini Garden which consists of the birth place of Lumbini, various Bodh Vihars built by different countries such as Japan, Myanmar,

Indonesia, USA to establish the Buddhist religion in the Garden. Overnight at hotel.

23 April – Lumbini / Sunauli – Gorakhpur

Drive to Bhairawa the Nepal Border side in Nepal.

Cross the Bhairawa Border into Sanauli and then drop to Sunauli, Pick up and transfer to Gorakhpur visit local sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.

“Everest Flight” also known as “Mountain Flight “ The best way to see Mt. Everest and the Himalayas in Nepal

For the traveler who is unable to make a trekking trip to the mountains either because of lack of time or physical fitness, or due to sheer want of the adventure streak, there mountain flights to simulate the experience.

The one-hour flight takes you within camera range of some of the highest peaks in the world, and cruising this close to the awe in inspiring massifs of rock and ice, is an out-of-this earth experience. The aircraft takes off and heads eastward and almost immediately, the peaks come into view. The first peak that appears on your horizon is the majestic Gosaithan, standing 8,013m tall. To its right, appears Dorje  Lhakpa (6996m), looking like a massive figure of 8, lying prone and covered in snow. To its right is Phurbi Chyachu, which looms over the Kathmandu valley.

Next on your vision is Choba Bhamare, rather small in this company at 5,933m, but singularly stubborn, as it remains unconquered to this day. Then comes MT. Gaurishanker (8,134m), standing out sharp and conspicuous- Hindus believe that Lord Shiva and his consort Parvati protect this mountain.

As the flight moves toward the eastern Himalaya, a succession of majestic mountains follows. Melungtse, with a plateau-like top stands at 7,023m, Chugimago is at 6,297m, and still remains to be scaled. At 6,956m, Mt.Numbur resembles a breast, and is believed to be the maternal source in the sky providing pure mild to the Sherpas of Solukhumbu. Then, Karyolung, a gleaming-white mountain at 6,511m, and Cho-Oyu, the sixth highest in the world at 8,021m.  The last and the most exciting stretch of the journey takes you close to the 7,952-tall Gyachungkang, which is considered extremely tough climb. To its right is Puman at 7,161m and Nuptse at 7,855m. Finally, there is Mt. Everest itself (8,848m), called Sagarmatha by the Nepalis and Chomolungma by the Tibetans. It is an altogether different feeling as one comes face to face with the worlds tallest and most enigmatic of mountains.

Please Read All Terms Carefully Documented in the Itinerary:

• Driver will come for the pick-up at the Airport after 30 minutes of flight arriving time and will only wait for an hour after reaching and the pickup will be considered as a no show if the guests don’t show up.

• Any amendments in regards to pick up / drop timing changes, location changes would be possible & subject to availability only 06-12 hours prior of scheduled timings & not possible within 06 hours of scheduled timings.

• Any cancellations in regards to tours / transfers would be subject to availability 24 hours prior of scheduled timings & not possible within 24 hours of scheduled timings.

• Excursion tickets / passes are non-refundable once issued / confirmed.

• All tours are non-refundable in case of No Show or guest being late.

•For Tours: All pick-up will be done from Hotel Lobby, ensure to be in the Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned for all SIC Tours bookings.

• It is mandatory to carry Nylon swimming costume / shorts with you when you visit Aqua venture water park.

• For Airport pick-up: After coming out of baggage claims area all guests are requested to look for the driver holding pla-card under the name of Lead Passenger. In case you are not able to locate the driver, please proceed near the Etisalat Counter at the Terminal itself and contact our Customer Support for assistance.

• All Airports in UAE have free WIFI connectivity, kindly connect to the same and use what’s-app in case you do not have a local number.

• All guests are requested to either carry an International number or buy a local sim card upon arrive in the UAE. This helps in co-ordination & successful fulfillment of tours.

• For Tours: All pick-up will be done from Hotel Lobby, ensure to be in the Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned for all SIC Tours bookings.

• Services marked as No-Show / not availed will not be re–arranged / re–scheduled and NO reimbursement will be offered.

• All Hotels & Tours are booked by customer’s choice & consent. Any service or hotel once booked cannot be changed / refunded or compensated based on personal like or dislike.

• Times & dates mentioned in the itinerary for tours can be changed by the ground handling team due to non-availability / availability / restrictive reasons. Customers will be informed 24 Hours prior to the tour If applicable change is done.

• Any complaint/grievance will only be entertained if notified during the tour itself. NO complaints will be registered post completion of tour.

• Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.

• The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability & will be done by our driver or tour guides.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

2. TD (Tourism Dirham) Notes

• Tourism Dirham is a tax collected by UAE Govt by guest and it is mandatory
• Hotel TD Rates: AED7 for 2* & Below, AED10 for 3*, AED15 for 4* and AED20 for 5* per room per night
• Apartment TD Rates: AED10 for Standard & AED20 for Luxury Hotel Apartment per room per night (2 bedroom apartment means 2 rooms and so on)

  PVT (Private) Service Notes

• Private tour / transfers means guest will not share vehicle with any other group passengers
• Private service doesn’t mean vehicle on disposal
• Guest will have to follow timing strictly as given
• Driver will wait max 30 min at Airport upon arrival & max 10 min for all other services
• Vehicle will be on point to point bases only
• For any additional service guest will have to pay extra

5. Visa & OTB Notes

• Visa issuance is sole authority/approval by UAE Gov/Immigration
• We shall not be held responsible for any losses occurred due to rejection or delays in Visa in any circumstances
• OTB (Ok to board) msg is compulsory on many airlines and it is your duty to approach us or apply directly with airlines
• We shall not be held responsible for any losses occurred due to rejection or delays on OTB msg updates in any circumstance

• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

• In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart

• In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 80%of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival
