Day at leisure.Your Local Host will have suggestions for your full day at leisure in this vibrant city, such as where to try traditional sauerbraten (marinated beef dish), knödel (dumplings), and sauerkraut (cabbage).  Overnight in Lugano.

Day 4                    Munich – Berlin

After breakfast, check out from Hotel & transfer to train station to catch the train for Berlin. Travel to Berlin by high-speed train. transfer to Berlin Hotel, Check inn at Hotel, Rest day is at Leisure. Overnight in Berlin.

Day 5                             Berlin

Morning guided sightseeing includes the restored Reichstag, remains of the Berlin Wall that once divided the city, Checkpoint Charlie, and Museum Island. Also see the Siegessäule (Victory Column) and the famous Ku’damm shopping area. Time for a picture stop at the Holocaust Memorial and Brandenburg Gate, a classical 12-column gateway completed in 1791. Drive along Unter den Linden boulevard with the German State Opera, Berlin Cathedral, and the re-built palace of the Prussian monarchs. Also pass by Gendarmenmarkt, considered Berlin’s most beautiful public square, where open-air concerts are often held during the summer months. Overnight in Berlin.

Full day to enjoy Germany’s capital at your own pace. Your Local Host will have many suggestions, like a visit to Prater Garten, the city’s oldest beer garden, or a relaxing boat ride along the Spree River. Overnight in Berlin.

Day 4                     Bernina Express to St. Moritz (6h45)

Enjoy an Alpine switchback ride on the Bernina Express, taking you from the high, towering glaciers of the mountains down to the swaying palms of Italy. First the Bernina Express coach takes you to Tirano where you will have time for an optional lunch break. Then board the Bernina Express train to St. Moritz. Overnight in St. Moritz.

Day 5                             Glacier Express to Zermatt (8h)

Today you board the Glacier Express. On an 8 hour rail journey the world’s slowest express train takes you across 291 bridges, through 91 tunnels and across the Oberalp Pass at 2’033 m. Overnight in Zermatt.

Day  6                           Matterhorn Glacier Paradise (2h)
The Zermatt Bergbahnen take you up to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise which is Europe’s highest cable car station at 3883 m. For a little fee you may take the Crystal Ride cabins from Trockener Steg to the summit. The 360° panorama is unique and many highlights are waiting for you to be discovered. Rest of day at your leisure. Overnight in Zermatt.

Day 7                             Zermatt to Montreux (2h40)

Today you take a regional train through the Valais, which is well known for its excellent wines, to Montreux. We recommend a visit to Chillon Castle, a moated castle on the shores of lake Geneva. Overnight in Montreux.
 Day 8                         Montreux to Interlaken (3h)
Train journey with the GoldenPass Panoramic train take you to Zweisimmen then with the GoldenPass Line to Interlaken. Overnight in Interlaken.
 Day 9                        Jungfraujoch (4h)

Enjoya journey to the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe, the highestrailway station in Europe located at 3454m. Attractions: Alpine Sensation, Sphinx, JungfrauPanorama, Lindt Swiss Chocolate Heaven, Ice Palace and SnowFun. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 01                         Delhi – Haridwar (230 kms, 5 hrs drive)
Reach Delhi . Pickup from Railway Station or Airport &  Depart for Haridwar by surface approx. 230 kms / 5 hrs. On arrival, check-inn at the hotel. Haridwar is one of the holiest places for Hindus, and largely visited by devotees of Lord Shiva and River Goddess Ganga. Haridwar venue of Magh Mela and world-renowned Kumbh Mela.  Haridwar is a medium of your spiritual and religious. In the evening, visit the largest of sacred bathing ghats of Haridwar: Har-ki-Pauri and participate the spectacular Ganga Aarti. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02                   Haridwar – Joshimath (280 km, 8 hrs)
Today take Ghat Bath at Ganga Ghat and after depart for Joshimath by surface approx. 280 kms/ 8 hrs . En route visit Devprayag (one of the Panch Prayag of River Alaknanda where it meets with River Bhagirathi), Rudraprayag (the meeting point of River Alaknanda and River Mandakini) and Karnprayag (the confluence of Rivers Alaknanda and Pindar). On arrival  Joshimath, check in at the hotel. Ovenight at hotel.
(If time and energy permits, you can explore the surroundings. The gateway to Hem Kund and Badrinath, Joshimath receives a huge number of Sikh and Hindu between May and October. It is also the base for a number of popular treks such as Kuari Pass Trek and Valley of Flower trek.)
Day 03                    Joshimath – Auli (16 km, 1 hours’ drive)
Morning after breakfast, depart for  Auli 16 kms. Laying between the altitude range of 2500 mtr. to 2050 mtr. Auli is one of premier Skiing point in India. If you do not wish to travel by road, the other option is to take the 3.9 kms cable car ride. The longest cable car ride in Asia, it takes you to a scenic Ski resort. On the way you will see  the mesmerizing views of the surroundings. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Later you can enjoy Skiing on the slopes of Auli with the assistance of the resort’s instructors. Evening will free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05                            Auli – Rishikesh (Approx 260 kms. / 8 hrs drive)
Todayafter breakfast visit the popular religious sites of the area- Narsingh Temple and Shankracharaya Math. Later depart for Rishikesh- the yoga capital of the World and It is also popular as a river rafting destination. On arrival check inn at hotel.  Later visit Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s Ashram, Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Sivananda Ashram  and Gita Kutir Tapovan Ashram

Day 06                            Rishikesh – Delhi  (240 km, 5 hrs)
After breakfast visit local sightseeing of Rishikesh including Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat- the confluence of holy Rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Later depart for Delhi by surface approx 240 kms. On arrival transferred to the airport/railway station for your onward journey.
