Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and transfer to Phuentsholing (961 ft.) – The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening, you may choose to relax at the hotel or walk around the Phuentsholing town. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing

(Distance: 150 Kms. / Driving Time: 5 Hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2,350 Mts.)   

After breakfast, complete the immigration formalities and transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.) the capital city of Bhutan. On the way, stop at places to view scenery and for Photography. On arrival check in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

After breakfast visit the Kuenselphodrang (Buddha Dordenma). Located at a short drive from Thimphu City Centre, Kuenselphodrang offers a good overview of the Thimphu valley. The largest statue of Buddha in the country sits here which houses over one hundred thousand smaller Buddha statues. Then visit the National Memorial Chorten built in the memory of the Third King of Bhutan and visit the Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon visit Sangaygang View Point. The Lookout point offers a stunning panoramic view of the entire Thimphu. On the way back visit the Takin Preserve Centre. Takin is the National animal of Bhutan. Then visit the Changangkha Lhakhang. This is a popular Buddhist temple and is especially visited by parents to receive blessings for their new-born. Its interiors are full of murals that depict different stories. In the evening, visit the Tashichho Dzong, first built in 1216 A.D. by Lama Gyalwa Lhanangpa. The Dzong is the seat of the National Government and the Central Monastic Body, including the summer residence of the Je Khenpo (Chief Abbot of Bhutan). Overnight stay at Thimphu.

After breakfast drive to Punakha/Wangdue (4298 ft.), on the way Stop at Dochu-La-Pass (10334 ft.) to view the higher Himalayas. The pass is approximately 25 kms away from Thimphu and is the highest point between the Thimphu and Punakha/Wangdue Valley. Another attraction is the 108 chorten/stupas (Druk Wangyel Chortens) built close to each other surrounded by numerous colorful prayer flags. On arrival at Punakha, check in at the hotel. Afternoon, visit Punakha Dzong – built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. For many years until the time of the second king, it served as the seat of the Government. The Dzong was named Druk Pungthang Dechen Phodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). Punakha is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo and King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck convened the first National Assembly here in 1952.  After that take a short and easy hike to visit the Chhimi Lhakhang – The Temple, also known as “The Temple of Fertility” was built by Lama Drukpa Kuenley, “The Devine Mad Man”. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Punakha / Wangdue.

After breakfast drive to Paro (7,483 ft.). On the way stop at Lamperi to visit Royal Botanical Park. This park is a treat for nature lovers as the 36 species of exotic rhododendron and approximately 220 types of charming birds will make your day unforgettable. On arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Ta Dzong – National Museum with an excellent collection of arts, relics, religious thangkha, etc. Then visit the Rinpung Dzong – Meaning “fortress of the heap of jewels”. The dzong now serves as the administrative and judicial seat of Paro. Rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Paro.

After breakfast, drive to the base of the abode of gods and monks, the Taktshang Monastery. The monastery is a 2 -3 hours hike uphill from here. One feels truly blessed reaching the monastery. The primary Lhakhang was built surrounding Guru Rinpoche’s Meditation cave in 1684 which clings to the edge of a sheer Rock cliff that plunges 900 meters into the valley below. Legend has it that Guru Rinpoche flew here on the back of a tigress which gives its name “Taktshang” meaning Tiger’s nest. Afternoon (If time permits), visit the Drukgyel Dzong. Built in 1647, the dzong was destroyed by accidental fire and left in ruins as an evocative reminder of the great victories it was built to commemorate. Explore the ramparts and experience an unforgettable view of Mt. Jhomolhari (7,314 m). On the way back, visit Kichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Bhutan. Overnight stay at Paro.

Permit for Bhutan:

Indian nationals do not require visa to travel in Bhutan. Only a valid passport or Voter Id card are the valid documents for obtaining entry permit.

Advance Online Permits

If you are traveling with an Indian Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure from Bhutan), you can avail advance online permits by sending us clear colour scanned passport copy. It should reach us before 10 working days. We shall not be responsible for any rejections or similar issues in regards to the permits due to improper documents or delay in arrival of documents.

Day 01: Arrive Srinagar

Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Spend the day at leisure on boulevard road which is one of the most famous roads in Srinagar for tourists and is situated around the Dal lake surrounded by Zabarwan mountain ranges, also enjoy at Nehru Park on boulevard road.

Day 02: Srinagar –  Sonmarg – Srinagar ( 86 kms / 3:30 hours approximately)

After breakfast leave with a full day excursion for Sonmarg “The meadow of gold. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonmarg is also called “The meadow of gold” .Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer.

Day 04: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy your full day in Pahalgam, One can also enjoy a pony ride to nearby places like Chandanwadi (on a direct hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage.

Day 05: Pahalgam- Gulmarg  (140 Kms / 3:30 hours approximately)

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 140 Kms will be covered in about 3:30 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. Later visirt local market in Gulmarg. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as Gondola (on direct pay basis).

Pick up at Airport and transfer you to Tengapani Eco Resort In Arunachal Pradesh which is 123 km from Dibrugarh and takes about 3 Hrs 30 mins. On arrival, check-in the resort for an overnight stay in Tengapani and enjoy the night ambience at the Golden Pagoda adjacent.

After Breakfast, you would be driven to Parasuram Kund via the beautiful orange producing town of Wakro (In season time you can stop over to enjoy the small town full of Orange Cultivation). It will take about 1 hrs 30 min and is 64 Km away. At Parasurm Kund you could go down to Kund and absorb the
sheer power and beauty of the crystal clear flowing waters. The whole day you can enjoy the lofty mountains and spent quality time on the river bank.
This place is also a photographers delight. After Tea, we would proceed to Roing via Tezu Town and stop by at Bhismaknagar(It is the oldest archaeological site of Arunachal Pradesh. It can be called a ‘Hill Fort’ made of burnt bricks. The fort is situated at 29kms.south-east of Roing. The ruins of the Hillfort dates back to circa 12th century A.D. Bhismaknagar Fort was excavated during 1969-1973, which yielded terracotta plaques, decorative tiles, potteries, terracotta figurines etc. The artefacts throw light on the rich history of the area.) . Early morning you proceed for Anini via Mayodia Pass and Hunli. Mayudia, a unique hill resort, is 56km from the district headquarters of Roing.
Mayodia-It is situated at an altitude of about 7000ft. amidst lofty hills, lush green forests and breathtaking landscapes. The area witnesses snowfall between December and March. A thick cover of snow adds exquisite serenity to the place. Hunli – There is an interesting cave temple at Kupunli near Hubli. The Motor drive from Roing to Hunli through the well-maintained black-topped road provides thrill and eyecatching scenic beauty. After reaching Anini you check-in at the Homestay and rest for the night.

After Breakfast, you venture out for having a grasp as to the place Called Anini. It isn’t the sort of place where you make a list of all the spots you’d like to cover. It’s the sort of place where you let your hair down and immerse yourself in the place. You take a walk around the small, wandering through the
streets talking to the locals. The best way to enjoy Anini is to walk along the meandering Dri River, admiring the mighty Himalayas tower over the landscape. Overnight Stay in Anini.

After Breakfast, you proceed for Mathun Valley 30 kilometres from Anini town through which the Mathun River flows. The Mathun River meets the MIPI River and creates a beautiful sight that can be witnessed from the MIPI village. The village is 40 kilometres from Anini and during your trip, you will
cross numerous green grass hills flanked by snowcapped mountains.

Today after breakfast you check out from the Homestay and proceed back to Dibrugarh.End of Tour.

After Madurai Sightseeing, evening drive to Madurai railway station for the departure.

• Check in 12:30 hours and check out 09:00 Hours next day
• Stay include 3 meals and 01 tea snacks (Lunch, dinner, breakfast)
• Cruise start from 13:30 hours to 17:00 hours, there is one and half hour break for lunch in between
• Check In : 12:30 hrs.
• Cruise time from : 12:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs.
• Lunch break : 1.5 hrs.
• Dinner : 20:00 hrs. 21:30 hrs
• Morning Cruise : 08:00 to 09:00 hrs
• Check Out : 09:00 hrs

Details of Food Menu

• Lunch – Rice with South Indian Dishes – Fish fry for Non Veg Guest
• Evening – Tea / Coffee & Snacks (Banana Fry /Onion Pakkoda/Bhaji)
• Dinner – Rice, Chapatti with North & South Indian Veg Dishes – Chicken Curry for Non Veg Guest.
• Break Fast – Idili / Dosa, Sambhar OR Bread Butter & Omelet
• Running hot water facility is not available, hot water will supplied from kitchen on request
• Since the house boat is moving through country side and paddy fields there may be possibilities of pests may see in house boats
• Always close doors and windows to avoid mosquitos entering in to bed rooms
• Food will be preset traditional Kerala menu, breakfast will be lite e.g.: idly, omelet, bread and jam
• Since there is no storage facility last minute food orders will be difficult once the boat left from boarding point
• Crews in the house boats are not professionally trained by any hospitality institutions, most of them are oarsmen of erstwhile goods canoes, it may cause language issues
• Tip is mandatory
• There may be chances of unexpected power failure and technical issues at any time
• TV and sound system may get malfunction due to the salt air in the lake
• TV channels are not available
• Shoes and slippers are not allowed in boats ( has to keep in the common area after entering in the house boat)
• All House boat crews are belongs to any of the trade union, trade union influence higher than the management
• All guest has to sleep by 22:00 hours since the crew sleep in the common area of same boat
• Crews may insist you to buy fish and prawns from the shops on the way, buy it if you are comfortable with rates and quality
• Facilities, cleanliness, quality of linen, towel, toiletries are not comparable to hotels and resorts
• Sometimes Direct check in to house boat from the boarding point is not possible due to climatic and traffic congestions in the lake, in that situation guest will be transferred by small motor boat or shikhara boat from boarding point to house boat which parked away from the boarding point
• Crew may insist you to hire shikhara boats, speed boats or any other water sports activities, go ahead if you are comfortable with rates and safety concerns
• There are no two house boat alike
• Most of the house boats toilets and bath rooms are being supplied with brackish water
• A/c will work 21:00 hours to 06:00 hours In bed room in deluxe boats, in premium boats A/c available in the bed room on request during stay , in the luxury boats a/c available in rooms and ding area on request during the stay

• Intimation/ request for cancellation is to be addressed to the reservations at Indore Apollo tower office on 9302103575 or to the person who has taken the booking along with the original receipt.

• In case request for cancellation/ partial cancellation/ Postponement the below Cancellation will be charged of the Total Package amount. Pls. refer the Below Chart

In case of request for partial cancellation i.e. reduction of number of rooms or period of stay is received from the guests before 7 clear days or more in advance from scheduled date of arrival, 60% of the advance received on account of room(s) / period of stay only for which the request has been received from the guests will be refunded. Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 40% of the advance received shall be refunded. No refund shall be given if the cancellation intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival
