This foamy cascade of water is the 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and is 109m high.

Hanuman Temple

Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple is one of the important Hanuman Temples in Sri Lanka located on summit of the very beautiful picturesque mountain in Ramboda 30 KM north to Nuwara Eliya, the gateway to the tea country hill station of Sri Lanka. This Hanuman Temple in Ramboda was constructed by Chinmaya Mission of Sri Lanka.

Ceylon Tea Tour

Seetha Amman Temple

Adding a cultural dimension, the Seetha Amman Temple, nestled in the hills, is associated with the Hindu epic Ramayana. The temple’s serene surroundings and the mythological connection contribute to the spiritual ambiance of Nuwara Eliya.

Haggala Botanical Gardens

Hakgala Botanical Garden is situated on the Nuwara Eliya-Badulla main road, 16 km from Nuwara Eliya and extents for about 28 hectares. The garden has a cool temperate climate because of altitude is 5,400 feet above sea level.

Gregory Lake

Nestled in the heart of Nuwara Eliya, Gregory Lake invites visitors to indulge in leisurely boat rides or lakeside strolls. The well-manicured surroundings and the cool mountain air create a tranquil atmosphere, making it a popular spot for relaxation.

 Victoria Park

Victoria Park, a meticulously maintained garden, reflects the town’s colonial heritage. The park’s pathways are adorned with vibrant flower beds, providing a serene space for picnics, birdwatching, and unwinding amidst the beauty of nature.

  • USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
  • USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;

• For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals.

Similarly if request is received between 3 to 6 days before, 50% of the advance received shall be refunded. After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Thekkady , on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Thekkady. One of the world’s most fascinating wildlife reserves. The Periyar wildlife sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick evergreen forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wildlife and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Sightseeing in Thekkady: Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary, Spice Plantation.

After an early breakfast, go on a viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Start your day with a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum, (Thiruvananthapuram) literally means ‘the abode of Anantha’, the snake God. Thimphu- This bustling little city is the main center of commerce, religion and government in the country. Thimphu is the most modern city with an abundance of restaurants, internet cafes, nightclubs and shopping centers. However, it still retains its cultural identity and values amidst the signs of modernization, often referred as world’s only city without traffic lights. Visit Buddha viewpoint: The Buddha Dordenma is located at a top of the hill in Kuensel Phodrang Nature Park and overlooks the southern entrance to Thimphu valley. Simply Bhutan: Simply Bhutan is a living museum and photo studio that gives a good guided introduction to various aspects of Bhutanese traditional lives.  Visitors are greeted with a shot of local arra (rice spirit), before being guided through mocked-up village scenes. Along the way, you can dress up in traditional clothes, try out archery and hear songs sung by Bhutanese women as they build houses out of rammed earth. Takin Zoo: The wildlife reserve area for Takin (Budorcas taxicolor), the national animal of Bhutan with unique story of its creation. This is one of the finest and must see Dzongs of Bhutan. The Dzong stands in between meeting point of two rivers, Phochu and Mochu making the most photogenic Dzongs of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Suspension Bridge: Punakha suspension bridge is considered one of the longest of its kind in Bhutan. The bridge connects the dzong with the villages Shengana, Samdingkha and Wangkha on the other bank of the Po Chhu river. In these small villages, locals sell their wares in tiny, traditional shops. 20 March: NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Darjeeling (75 Kms. / 3 Hrs.)

Meet and Greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

21 March: Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill

Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

After breakfast, transfer to Kalimpong (4,091 Ft. / 55 Kms. / 2½ Hrs.). On arrival check-in to your hotel. Afternoon enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills and Pine View Nursery (Sunday closed). Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

After breakfast, transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On arrival, check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake.
