Post breakfast we drive towards Kargil Road and start our sightseeing with Hall of Fame near Leh, which is worth a visit for every citizen. It is a glorious museum constructed by Indian army, Kali Mata Temple, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km takes us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape, we reach the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village. And Visit to Alchi Gonpa, 70 Kms from Leh, on the banks of the Indus, is the Alchi Gompa dating a thousand years back. One of its walls features thousands of miniature sized pictures of the Buddha. Three large sized images made of clay and painted brightly are its focal attractions. No longer an active religious center, it is looked after by monks from the Liker monastery. This is the only monastery amongst 34 monasteries, which is not located on a hilltop.
After visiting above places we drive back to Hotel for Overnight Stay.

17th July Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardong pass. (4 Hrs One Way – 120 Kms)
After Breakfast drive to leh via Khardung la pass the highest motorable road in the world (18,380 feet). On the way you get excellent view of great Karakoram Range. Drive to Nubra Valley via via Shayok valley is the valley of the Shyok River situated in Ladakh. The valley is close to the Nubra Valley , reach Hunder by late afternoon. Overnight Stay at Camp.

18th July Nubra Valley– Pangong Lake (5 Hrs One Way – 160 Kms )
After your breakfast drive to Pangong Lake Via shayouk River. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometers at its widest point and over 130km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillance. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. Evening at leisure and overnight stay at the Camp on the shore of the Lake.

Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva’s hills, i.e., Shivaliks, in the Haridwar district of Uttaranchal Pradesh, is a doorway. Suryavanshi prince Bhagirath performed penance here to salvage the souls of his ancestors who had perished due to the curse of sage Kapila. The penance was answered and the river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva’s locks and its bountiful water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. In the traditional of Bhagirath, devout Hindus stand in the sacred waters here, praying for salvation of their departed elder. It is doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas.

Day 02: Haridwar – Guptkashi (210kms/7-8hr) HT : 1319 MTS.
Morning after breakfast, drive straight to Guptkashi. On arrival Check In at the Hotel, evening visit Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
The name Gupt Kashi means “Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Gupt Kashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (hereditary pilgrimage priests) live in Gupt Kashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath, where it stays for the winter.

Weather – Generally pleasant in summer, the temperature ranges from 25-30 degree Celsius. Cold in winters.

Day 03: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30kms by road & 19kms Trek)
After medical check-up proceed to Sonprayag, Trek start from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (3584 mts) by pony / Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, toiletries and clothes for an overnight halt at Kedarnath. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay.

Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva, the protector and the destroyer. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The r! emaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as Panch Kedar.

Day 04: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (19Kms Down Trek & 30kms/1hr by Road)
Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After Temple Darshan trek down to Sonprayag. Further drive to Guptkashi. Check in Hotel. Night Halt.

Day 05: Guptkashi – Rishikesh (200kms/7-8hr)
Drive to Rishikesh, the ‘place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh.
Check in Hotel. Later visit Rishikesh Temples & Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Shivananda Ashram. At evening visit Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Ashram. Overnight stay.

Oct 23: Thimphu sightseeing to Punakha (2 hrs drive)

Thimphu- This bustling little city is the main center of commerce, religion and government in the country. Thimphu is the most modern city with an abundance of restaurants, internet cafes, nightclubs and shopping centers. However, it still retains its cultural identity and values amidst the signs of modernization, often referred as world only city without traffic lights. Visit Buddha viewpoint: The Buddha Dordenma is located at a top of the hill in Kuensel Phodrang Nature Park and overlooks the southern entrance to Thimphu valley. Simply Bhutan: Simply Bhutan is a living museum and photo studio that gives a good guided introduction to various aspects of Bhutanese traditional lives. Visitors are greeted with a shot of local arra (rice spirit), before being guided through mocked-up village scenes. Along the way, you can dress up in traditional clothes, try out archery and hear songs sung by Bhutanese women as they build houses out of rammed earth. Start the most scenic drive to Punakha from Thimphu over dochula pass which takes about two hours. After the break at Dochula, the road descends into Wangdue and Punakha taking us to one of the warmest places of Bhutan. Dochula pass: The pass is at a popular location as it offers a stunning 180-degree panoramic view of the Great Himalayan mountain ranges. Punakha is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo religious head of Bhutan. King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck convened the first National Assembly here in 1952. This is one of the finest and must see Dzongs of Bhutan. The Dzong stands in between meeting point of two rivers, Phochu and Mochu making the most photogenic Dzongs of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Suspension Bridge: Punakha suspension bridge is considered one of the longest of its kind in Bhutan. The bridge connects the dzong with the villages Shengana, Samdingkha and Wangkha on the other bank of the Po Chhu river. In these small villages, locals sell their wares in tiny, traditional shops. Visitors can stop here for a quick and authentic view of true Bhutan. In order to access the suspension bridge from the dzong, one must walk past the King’s palace and the cremation ground. Day 04: Punakha to Paro (3 Hrs Drive)

As we proceed to Paro, we will retrace the journey crossing over Dochula, up until Chuzom and further to Paro. The entire stretch of drive will refresh your mind and give you second chance to enjoy the great snowcapped mountain views of the Himalayas from Dochula. After our breakfast, retrace the drive back to Paro via Dochula and Thimphu. En route stop at Lamperi Botanical Park, it is a paradise for nature lover. The visitors can view 38 out of Bhutan’s 46 species of rhododendron or spot some of the 220 species of birds. There are 21 animal species known in the park which has deer, tiger, leopard, red panda and also the wildcat. Paro Airport View Point: It is located on the Hill overlooking the airport, this viewpoint offers the best view of the whole airport. Ta Dzong unique (National Museum): Perched above Paro Dzong it was watchtower built in 1649 to protect the undefended Paro Dzong located below, renovated in 1968 to house the National Museum. Visit 17th century Paro Dzong: ‘Fortress on a Heap of Jewels’, is ranked one of the best Bhutanese architecture. The massive buttressed walls that tower over the town are visible throughout the valley, particularly when landing at Paro Airport. The Dzong also offers administrative seat of the district of Paro. The Dzong was built in 1644 under the order of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. Day 05: Paro Sightseeing

On reaching Shangarh, check in to the hotel and take some rest ,visit the various temples like the Sangchul Mahadev Temple, that is a bold brown structure located in the middle of the sea of green grass tower Temple that showcases extraordinary wood craftsmanship .overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5: Shangarh – Manali 100 kms / 4 hrs
Morning After breakfast depart for Manali approx 100 kms / 4 hrs . check inn at hotel then visit the Jagatsukh Gayatridevi Mandir and Naggar Art Gallery. Later in the afternoon you visit the Hidimba Temple, Manu Mandir & Vashisth Kund. overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6: Manali – Kaza Via Solang Valley and Atal tunnel 183 kms / 05 hrs

After breakafst depart for kaza Via Solang Valley and Atal tunnel on arrival check inn at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7 : Kaza – Langza – Hikkim – Komic – Kaza
After breakfast , Now we will visit the historical villages of Kaza. Komic is not only the village that is the highest in Asia but also considered as the highest village in the world with a motor-able road. Angyud monastery is one of the two monasteries left in Spiti Valley of Sakya sect and is situated in Komic. Hikkim village is famous for having the highest post office and polling station in the world. After sometime we will continue our journey to Langza village. You can also see prehistoric marine fossils in Langza. A long ago this region was completely submerged in the water. That/’s why it is also referred to as /‘Fossil Village/’. Langza is a small village with a population of mere 160 people and 30 homes. You will also see the oldest Lord Buddha statue about 1000 yr old. The water that reaches Langza comes from a Glacier about 14 km away. After that we/’ll come back to Kaza via a thrilling drive through a narrow and high road and it offers a beautiful sight of mountains in Spiti valley. We will stay in a guest house in Kaza for the night.

Day 8: Kaza – Pin valley National Park – Tabo 47 kms / 1.5 hrs
after breakfast start your day with none other than /“Ajanta of the Himalayas/”? Yes, you read it right, the magnificent preserver of Buddhists/’ legacy in Spiti Valley, the Tabo monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the region.it would also be the best option to test your fitness level high in the Himalayas and overnight stay in Tabo.

Day 9 : Tabo – Dhankar Monastery – Dhankar lake – Kaza
After breakfast visit It has a series of 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, a Monk/’s Chamber and amazing galleries of stucco statues, wall painting dated back in 996 AD Learn more about the Buddhist culture and the intrinsic architect with your visit to Dhankar. A short trek to Dhankar Lake would not only be refreshing and energetic, Kaza for the night.

Day 10 : Kaza /– Key- Kibber /– Chandra Tal 4205 Meters (106kms 5-6 hours)
Starting early on our 10th day of traveling across the Trans-Himalayas region, we walk around Kaza, the administrative headquarter of Spiti Valley which has a marketplace, hotels, home stay and highest fuel station in the world. After breakfast, we drive our way through the Kibber village, the 2nd highest village in the world located at 4270 meters respectively. While the roads are rugged, your soul will be filled with the adrenaline ecstasy of travelling in the toughest yet the most beautiful terrain in the world all the way to the last destination of the day, the beautiful Moon Lake ChandraTal. Today we will cross Kunzum Pass (4590M). An overnight stay at the camps at ChandraTal Lake will mark the end of day-long adventure.

Day 11: Chandratal to Tholang / Yangla (Yangla is accessible by walk 45 min)
After breakfast, visit enroute cover keylong ,Tholang night stay at hotel.

Day12: Yangla / Tholang to Shinkula visit and later transfers to Manali

After breakfast, visit Shinkula The pass is on a long-distance footpath linking Zanskar and Lahaul, used often by locals and trekkers alike, taking about ten days to complete. depart for Manali overnight stay at Manali.

Day13: Manali to Chandigarh
After breakfast, check out & proceed to Chandigarh, drop at Chandigarh railway station/ Airport
