Day 1 Arrive Nairobi – Mt. Kenya

A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our driver guide. After a short briefing you will depart and drive through the lush green Coffee and Pineapple plantations of Thika into the Mt. Kenya Rainforest arriving at the Serena Mountain Lodge in time for lunch, a beautiful Forest Cabin lodge situated in a million year old Rainforest. Here the animals come to drink at the natural waterhole and Salt lick. You will see Elephants, Buffalos, Waterbucks, Hyenas, Bushbucks, and other plains game at the comfort of your lodge. Afternoon at leisure followed by dinner and overnight game viewing at Serena Mountain Lodge.

Day 2 : Mt. Kenya – Lake Naivasha ( Rift Valley)

After a hearty breakfast you will check out and drive down to Lake Naivasha, a magnificent lake in the Great Rift Valley and home to over 400 species of birds. You will descend about 3500 ft. into the floor of the Great Rift Valley where you will arrive at in time for lunch at the club. After a lovely lunch spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure as you enjoy the various facilities and activities offered by the club. You may enjoy a boat ride of the lake (payable direct) for a chance to get close to schools of hippos and see the birdlife. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club.

Day 3 : Lake Naivasha ( Rift Valley) – Masai Mara

After breakfast at the hotel you will depart for the fabled Masai Mara National Reserve. The enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migrations and its home for the big five: Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalos and Rhinos. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. After lunch you will depart for your afternoon game drive to see the game of savannah. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge.

Day 4 : Masai Mara

A relaxed rise followed by breakfast and thereafter a full day game drive with picnic lunch to see the varied game of the Masai Mara. This region is Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos and elephants). Optional visit to a local Maasai village (payable direct). Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge

Day 5 : Masai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast you will check out and drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival you will have a stopover at a local restaurant for lunch (payable direct). Day 05: Cherrapunjee Local Sightseeing
After breakfast we get ready for a half day trek to visit the Double Decker Living Root Bridge deep inside the jungle. It will take 3 to 4 hrs (depending on the physical fitness of the person). Afternoon visit Nohsngithiang Falls (also known as the Seven Sisters Waterfalls or Mawsmai Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Koh Ram Hah and Ecopark. Evening back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee
Sightseeing- Double Decker Living Root Bridge, Seven Sisters Waterfalls, Mawsmai Cave, Koh Ram Hah and Ecopark.

Day 06: Cherrapunjee – Guwahati (160 kms / 6 hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Guwahati, enroute visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Arrive and check in at hotel. In the evening visit ‘Kalakshetra’, a place where Assamese history and culture is presented through Light and sound show. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
